Our Business recently transferred from the legacy program to the new updated version of protractor. The training we received from Alan Joffray made this transition very easy and not so overwhelming as we expected it to be. He was such a pleasure to work with and our business is grateful for what he has helped us with and continues to up to this point! I came on board with Protractor in February 2023. I have been through a few other Point of sales system in the past 2 years. I thought Protractor was over the top for me business until I visited anther shop using Protractor. I saw how easy the system was to use and how fast you could put quotes together. I was so impressed that I came back to my store and order Protractor. I will say there is work that must be done by the end user to set up the program to work for you, but if you set it up it is uncreditable. I have been working with Scott H, the in boarding specialist. He has been FANTASTIC. He is very patient and professional and goes way beyond to make sure you understand the principles of the program.

Protractor has been great! The system has been working great lately and the customer support is the best. We especially love working with Stephanie Herte she is so quick to help and we have yet to stump her with a Problem. Just this morning she fixed a problem that was caused/created by me in under 30 seconds after I had been fumbling with it for the last few days! Highly Recommend Protractor you won’t regret it!

We recently made the switch from AllData to Protractor and are thrilled with our decision to do so. We looked at several systems and Protractor was heads above the rest. The functionality, flexibility and ease of use have improved not only our shop performance but our quality of life as the owners. We were nervous to begin the arduous process but were quickly put at ease by our trainer, Cheyenne. She was available (and still is) for any question or issue that arose and did so with a smile in her voice. She led us in an effective way so that implementation and go-live was completely painless.

Protractor is an amazing automotive repair order writing software. I have been using it for years. The support is great, and the integration with 3rd part DVI software is amazing. There are so many great features is this software. It makes writing estimates extremely fast. The maintenance reminder items is one of my favorite features.

Protractor has been a game changer for my small business. It allows me to track everything in one place, including appointments, inventory, work orders, invoices, and accounting. They provide excellent training on the software. My Training Specialist, Wil, worked around my schedule, was able to answer questions whenever they came up, and checked in to make sure things were running smoothly. Thanks to Wil, I feel confident in running my business more efficiently with Protractor. I highly recommend Protractor to other automotive technicians looking to start their own business.

So happy I made the switch. I love that I can access it anywhere! We recently went on a cruise and I was able to help when my service writer got stuck. The fact that it integrates with all my suppliers makes it fast to complete an estimate. Gone are the days of 20 websites/phone calls to get pricing an availability. Tons of training is available on demand or via zoom sessions with Darren. He also monitors the private facebook page and answers questions or problems you might have. Scott H. is also a great resource for assisting with all the technical things. The company really works hard to progress as the market does and values shop owners input. Highly Recommend!

It has been such an easy transition over to this system. Working with Alan has been great. One of the best trainers we've worked with. Added bonus is that hes super quick to respond when needed.Would highly recommend as the whole process has been very smooth. Seeing how easy its all been, I wish we had done it sooner.

We were with Protractor for a couple years and had left them. The business couldn't get on the same page, baby boomers fought technology and so it was a big mistake to leave Protractor. I wont even mention who we switched to, just know it was HORRIBLE! We were finally able to get on the same page and came back. It was an inconvenience to switch yet again but Scott was very thorough and professional. We had a general understanding of Protractor. He came out swinging though with some cool features that we had missed the first time. I am glad to say that I am figuring out problems and tapping into training. I also am really thankful for our Customer Service Rep Stephanie and think that was a wonderful addition!! She was super helpful with another company and got me a much quicker response! I just wanted to kind of share a bit of our back story so nobody else makes the same mistake. There are a ton of software programs out there but Protractor was a great option for how busy we got and with being digital. I am thankful to be on a journey of a new relationship with Protractor!

We switched to Protractor from a free service and couldn't be happier. The integration with suppliers and options for customer retention and Invoicing and Payments are great! Customer service is the best part, Live assistance, Email, Phone support. Just good things to say, happy we made the switch.
