Just after some bicycle chain lube ($12.00) but of course they had that valuable stuff under lock and key. Well then you have to find a clerk to open it, they have a bit of attitude because they have more urgent things to do. Then they can't just give it to you they have to go the 1/2 mile up to the service desk (no wonder the attitude) and leave it there for us.When we go up there it is not at the service desk but at a cashier desk, but of course we are waiting at the service desk where two employees are engaged in a never ending discussion with other customers. All this S for a $12.00 item. I won't be back here for anything I can get elsewhere.

Came for these as our bigger one was damaged this year, they had 4 in stock and their instore price was better than it was advertised online for store pick up, gotta love a great deal ♡ lots of self serve options, staff was helpful and friendly.

This is for the auto service. When I booked the appointment I specifically asked to change the air filter when doing the oil change. I had to get something else done too and was paying for an hour worth of labor for a 10 min thing. I asked if they could check everything they normally do as I was going on a trip. I would pay extra for peace of mind. They said I declined checking filters when I went out of my way to ask for them to be replaced. My car sat there because of the labor charge instead of letting me take it early so I could get my kids home. Absolutely nothing extra, just the basic service. The waiting room was filthy and no cups for water while making customers wait 2 plus hours. Employees chatting and ignoring people wanting to be helped. I will never take my car to this location again

Forced to wait 10 minutes in front of curbside pickup then when Mike (the manager), he was lazy saying things like “I don’t get paid enough to pull my back” when helping put things in the trunk. Not only that but we were given the incorrect item (14 pound barbell instead of the 44lbs one we paid for) and when we tried to swap them, we were told the item we paid for wasn’t in stock and they gave us store credit and made us drive to a different location. Throughout this whole experience, Mike was extremely rude and condescending, would give 0 stars if I could, DO NOT GO HERE

I have purchased 4 tires here and have them installed by Canadian Tire Shop to keep the warranty and etc.1. None of the valves are replaced as told by the person at the counter --> Deliverable not delivered.2. Tire Balances are off the car shakes at 80 to 100 km and have very loose steering. --> This was fine before3. Nobody is available to take the call.4. Took 2 HRS to install tires.5. Try to skip alignment check. I had to point pout the promised deliverable!6. ALL OF THEIR MACHINES ARE OUTDATED! VERY SLOW AND MANUALLY DONE!BUY TIRE SOME WHERE ELSE!

I went in to return something I had bought a few days earlier, new in box with receipt. They start by taking a bunch of your personal info like phone number and last name. After all that, they didn't accept my return because I bought it in Maple ridge. I just don't like shopping at places with lame return policies

Good layed back if your not in a hurry. Need FRONT end cashier. A joke 2 have only customer service and NO cashier. That's only thing so frustrated with. Delays in check out. Everything. But love the place.

I’m trying to purchase portable camping stove and griller. Online says there’s 2 available stock in Poco location. To save my trip, I went to this location. I tried to check aile 21. I can’t find it so I ask help from the representative. The representative told me “I don’t see them on the shelf for a long time. People still!” She’s trying to tell me it’s not available without checking it. Poor customer service.

I made an effort to shop at a Canadian-owned business instead of Amazon, and what did I get as a reward for my efforts? I was sold defective merchandise and then told that I can't get my money back for it, only to exchange it with some other poor quality product.And retail stores wonder why online stores are taking over.

Terrible customer service I can't believe it. I went in to get some sunglasses that were locked behind a case.I asked for some assistance and eventually someone showed up with the keys to open the case when I've asked for sunglasses, 2 pairs both dark not with Amber lenses.We went backup to the self checkout and waited a few minutes when we went to check out. We noticed that 1 of the pair of glasses were Amber and not dark.We went back to that same apparently customer service. Lady to help us get new ones and she told me well. That's what you pointed at that's what I got. So the moral history is if you have customers. You should learn to listen and actually try to help your customers because you're actually there to serve the customers. You're not there to have a chit chat with? Your friends? . So if you want to go to a place where you. Won't? Have. Good? Customer service and wait extraordinary long period of time to get what you didn't want. Please come to this location and I would please. I would encourage the manager to call me your contact me about this as you were standing right there. When I had the communication with your person about the glasses? .
