We ordered from this location twice this week and both orders were of extremely poor quality. Our first order consisted of two iced coffees, unfortunately they weren’t available so we were given two ice capps, both of which tasted awful and made our stomachs turn. For the second order, we received a toasted bun (a side to our soup that was burnt) with no knife, butter, etc. We will not be ordering from this location in the future.

I need to stop going to this one. Had many bad experiences but this time the iced capp tasted like rotten milk and chemicals. I went back to get it replaced thinking it was just a one off but the second one was so bad still. I thought is it just my taste buds? Am I going crazy?" I went to a different tim hortons and it was perfect. So I'm done going to this one. Go to a different one. The one over by the mall is always good."

Me and my wife ordered chicken wraps from this tims location back in April 2023, and the chicken went bad, so we both got food poisoning, we were sick for three days, looking at other reviews of this location i am sure we were not the only ones who were suffered at that same time. Shame shame, be careful people.

I honestly don’t know why I keep going to this one. Likely because it is just minutes from my house and I am lazy. The food is sub par at best and their farmers breakfast wraps look like they just came out of an F5 tornado. The only thing they usually are ok at is coffee and even then you are rolling the dice.What did me in is the eye rolls I received recently from staff. I get that you deal with a lot of crazy people but perhaps they wouldn’t be so crazy if you didn’t slap food together.

Everytime i come here somebody either looks miserable or they never get the order right, ask for cream cheese i get butter and if i do get cream cheese all of it is in the hole of the bagel, ask for no egg, i get egg, ask for anything that's not a bottle of water it's never right, at this point I'd rather take extra time to go anywhere else but this location regardless that it's conveniently next to my work. And when the orders are right, they come served with a nasty look.

We've visited this location a few times and nearly every time the inside wait is 10 to 15 minutes long and they are always out of some sort of food item. Also, they do not make their sandwiches the same as other locations. The last time we had a turkey sandwich, they were missing the sauce. They also gave an apple fritter instead of a croissant. Worth your while to drive a few minutes away to a better, more consistent location.

I honestly dislike ordering from this location, they always give me the wrong order whether it’s coffee or sandwich. The only reason I order from here is because it’s near my work place, otherwise they can never seem to get my order right. I’ve also been given a wrong change, luckily I’ve always asked for receipt. I UNDERSTAND YOU PRIORITIZE DRIVE THRU— at least make your customer’s order right.I’ve always loved Tim’s and had no problem getting it from the one in Emerald Hills. I’ve stopped ordering from this store and have always been satisfied with the one in Emerald. I hope you guys fix your services. The amount of time I constantly have to go back to return a sandwich or watered down coffee is infuriating. Do better.

This is definitely the worst tim Hortons in Sherwood park. They never give the right order and are always out of a bunch of their food. Asked for 2 farmers breakfast wraps, they didn't have enough hash browns for one of them so they put extra sausage on one and none on the other one. What are you guys doing?

Today was the 5th time in a row my order is incomplete, I order BACON farmers wrap, no bacon, 3 times in a row. Last 2 times I order BACON and egg on a biscuit, no bacon. I even had a chubby little guy in glasses tell me. It will be just a moment
