Beware!! I do not recommend this provider, use your money somewhere else where you will actually have the service you paid for completed.A technician came to our house to fix our fireplace and see why it is not starting. Our fireplace glass has small hairline cracks in it, and Upon arriving the technician said he would not be able to inspect what the issue is , since these cracks existed. He spent approximately five minutes in the house and charged me $100 although he did not come to complete any of the services he was asked to. If this company is aware that having cracks in the glass is not something they can work with, then they should ask that over the phone upon contacting them. He then tried to convince me to buy a fireplace through them. I tried contacting the company on several occasions and they are not returning my calls!

Installed a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater and gas fireplace insert in one day. From sales through to purchase and installation everything was well done. Thanks to Ron, Carlos, Derek and Vivek. Price was excellent, Ron was very patient and thorough in helping us select the right furnace, air conditioner, water heater and fireplace insert. The install crew were top notch and we are very pleased with their work. Also, they were very polite and personable towards us.Follow up. 7 Months later. Had a minor issue with our Napoleon Gas Fireplace. Spoke to Allie and he promptly made arrangements for a technician to come out. Vivek, the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. Explained to me what the issue was. Well done. Nice to know I can call and get a quick response if I am having an issue with my heating and cooling system.

Got a Napoleon gas fireplace installed in November 2021 from Ultra Comfort. Installation went smoothly, however we had issues right away. We contacted Ultra comfort and they said they’d send a guy out to have a look and then never heard from them to confirm a time. Contacted them again and they finally sent a guy. He was no help. I’ve contacted them many many times since about it and with other issues that have come up and NEVER hear back!! Super bad customer service. My husband is handy and ended up being able to fix one issue himself as we realized it wasn’t installed properly originally. Now we need a claim out in to Napoleon for parts that are covered under warranty, but the customer service from this place is so bad we’ve been back and forth with Ultra Comfort for close to a year now and STILL havent heard back from them. Every time I call they say “I’ll look into it and get back to you”, and they NEVER call me back. We are super frustrated with this company and will never buy anything from them again.

Call some company from flyer for tune up came and try to convince me to buy new furnace by showing some water spots in furnace quotes me close to 2 grand for fixing it I call ultra comfort and fix it all the problem under $200 great work done by technician vivek that guide me to right way. Very pleased will definitely will give them all my business in future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!My home furnace (23 years old) finally gave it up. Called Ali for a quote and he came right away. Pricing was great and fair for a high quality product.But it gets better! They would have installed the very next day if I would have let them but I asked for one day in between. The 2 installers were wonderful. Friendly, on time, and so neat and clean. The whole job was done in about 4 hours! They even placed drop sheets down on my floors - upstairs and down. There was not a speck of mess when they left.Covid protocols were followed at all times too which I greatly appreciated.New unit runs great, is really quiet and way more efficient.You can't go wrong by using Ultra Comfort! 5 Stars for sure!

Had some work performed by Ultra Comfort Cambridge and was very impressed with the company. Both The owner and staff were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very efficiently and they cleaned up in the Furnace room. Prices are competitive and service is top notch.The job required the technicians to travel in and out of the house multiple times, However they were very thoughtful by placing cloth sheets and boot covers to keep my new flooring in good condition with no dirt marks after the job was completed. Overall, Super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff and Technicians.I would highly recommend Ultra Comfort to people in the community and all of my friends who need Furnace and Air Conditioning service.

I was getting quotes on a Gas Fireplace Insert and one of my stops was Ultra Comfort in Cambridge. Ali was very patient, explained everything and gave us a very reasonable price. He made me feel like I could trust him. His installers arrived today, they were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use everything. Great experience, I will definitely call them for my future HVAC needs.

The owner, Ali, is racist. friend of mine bought a fireplace, had it installed and everything, but the fireplace was faulty. Front glass was falling out. She and her husband called multiple times to get it fixed or replaced, and all she got was bad comments back, told to never call them again, and hung up on them every time she called.She asked me to help, so I went to the store directly with her. She asked if he remembered her, he said no, but when the issue was explained, he automatically said he doesn’t wanna do any business with her, said she asked too many questions. And when asked about the question he refused to talk about it. Doesn’t wanna change the fireplace for a new one even though he should. My guess is he doesn’t wanna do it for free even though it their fault. When asked about why he made racist comments to her, he said he’s not racist and that there’s no proof of it.Kicked us out of the store while trying it avoid us by going into his office. Later calling my friend, saying if I come to the store again he’ll call the police. Very unprofessional, rude, and terrible human being, Never met anyone like that in my life.While yes, she does ask a bunch of quest when she buys stuff, she just makes sure it’s good quality so she doesn’t get ripped off. I find it annoying my self, but definitely not worth the attitude ALI was giving for it.The store on the outside and inside looks really run down, old and like it’s about to fall apart. Please don’t do business with them. Save your money and go somewhere reputable and worth it.The rest of the staff was all nice and wanting to help. Shame they gotta work for such a jerk.

We installed a log gas fireplace with Ultra Comfort. After the purchase, our installation date was quick, and the two men that installed the log set did a great job. They spent half a day, cleaned up after themselves, and the fireplace is fabulous! We are already enjoying it. I recommend this company.

Our propane fireplace wouldn’t work. We were told by the company that installed it that the burner was shot. Then, the company that provided the burner was no longer in business. We tried to find other companies that may have the part as we were told to do. Lots of other companies just wanted to sell us a whole new system. I saw this company on Facebook and called. They responded very quickly to all of my emails and came out the same day. It was FIXED in less than half an hour, the log were not positioned in the correct way. The service technician, Vivek was very professional and knew his stuff. I will never hesitate to recommend Vivek or this company.
