Bought a lot of ink off them and I have had two batches of faulty cartridges. Sent an email and they had asked for me to explain the problem and wouldn't return my emails. Called and they told me there was nothing wrong with their cartridges (my printer isn't even a year old) and that I should go buy somewhere. So unprofessional.

Horrible business practice, I returned some unopen ink cartridges cause my printer broken down and they responded by email to advised me to return it at my own expense for postage and once I get a new printer they will give me credit for the new order. I placed the new order and they have not responded back or placed the order....... so they got my previous old cartridges and not given me a replacement for the returned product.!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I bought in the past CD and Bluray cases. Good service and friendly people. However, I have been calling the last week of July 2020 almost everyday, I sent an email and I drove to the store which looks like still in operation, but nobody answers and the door was closed.
