Bath & Body Works

Great customer service without being pushy and very helpful . I was needing help and it was busy but the clerk there took time to help me without rushing me. Of course all the products there are amazing ! My fav store to go too. This location and store is very good.

I've never been incredibly impressed with Bath & Body Works. I've been in here numerous times and only once or twice have I been asked if I needed help. Walking into the store is a slap in the face with scents. While they have a good selection of candles, most of them are incredibly synthetic smelling. As a candle collector myself, the only candles I'd consider buying here are the White Barn candles (even though they are a little pricier). The foam soap scents are nice if you can find a nice scent, some smell like child's flavoured chapstick. I personally wouldnt buy any of the body mists or lotions.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!! Went in yesterday to purchase all my Christmas shopping. I had a list to buy gifts for over 50 people however, due to the despicable way the Manager (Jeanine), spoke to her staff, I left and purchased all my items from the body shop. I CAN'T believe that the company allows this manager to work and represent their brand! Her staff were close to tears due to the way she was belittling them. Her condescending manner to these young girls is completely unacceptable! If my daughter worked there, I would definitely sue that company for the disgusting way she's treating them! Headoffice needs to get rid of her before they're faced with a lawsuit and lose their hardworking staff!

Adriana hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time. My husband and i went birthday shopping and immediately she was there welcoming us into the store.She goes above and beyond to make you happy. She really tunes into what you like and want. She was so sweet, friendly and just all around great with her customers. Your awesome!!!

MUST READ!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I wish I could give 0 stars. The manager by the name Ezzy had the worst customer service I have ever recieved in my 25 years of existing. The one with the Austrailian accent was not answering my questions how did she become manager. Within the span of 10 seconds I was asked 5 times if I was finding everything alright. I WILL ASK FOR HELP WHEN I NEED IT yet when I did I didn't even get the help. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS?? When I expressed how I was feeling to Alina she was somewhat helpful. She deserves a promation ASAP! Everyone else needs serious training as their customer service is ATROCIOUS!

The music was so loud it was ridiculous!The girl asked if she could help and even she couldn't hear what we said. We kept having to ask her to repeat herself. What the hey! It's a soap and candle store not a night club.And I don't think the girls could care less

Always a good time coming to bbw my daughter and i took advantage of the 6 for 3 sale and we stocked up on our favourite scents
