Private chef Giovanni Trigona

Giovanni prepared an amazing dinner for my family. The food was amazing and cooked according to the real Italian traditions.

Chef Giovanni is such a talented and sweet chef. I hired him for my husbands 30th b day dinner and everything was carefully crafted from the wine pairing to the ordering of an imported truffle. Chef Giovanni took care of it all, with such passion and excellence! Such a lovely person with so much rich culture, I love how he incorporated an open style" kitchen and was conversing the entire night. More than just an authentic Italian meal

Chef Giovanni ,I came home after a great birthday to find a Italian man in my house with a large set of knives! I was a little scared at first , until I met the man behind the apron.Chef Giovanni was such a amazing chef but beyond the knife , just all around an amazing guy. Within minutes we were laughing and sharing stories . The experience was special , and we loved the interactive environment.I would highly recommend Chef Giovanni over and over again. Just do me one favor, sit, indulge, relax and be the in the moment - you won’t regret it.

It was a delight having Chef Giovanni Trigona over for a private pasta class and dinner. We defined the menu a few weeks in advance. The pasta class was interesting, we made orecchiette, saw him making ravioli and tagliatelle from scratch. I can't tell you enough about the dinner: Italian antipasto, some food imported from Italy and other made by the Chef, orecchiette with dried and fresh cherry tomatoes, magnificent ravioli with truffle sauce for me and butter/sage sauce for my husband, staffed with egg yok and ricotta cheese. We asked him not to cook the tagliatelle and the AAA Rib Eye steak because we were so full, but he cooked them anyway and left it for us for the following day. The dessert then. Oh my gosh, cannoli with meringue, wiped cream and strawberry sauce. Believe me, it was heaven! It was interesting having a Chef in my kitchen: fast, efficient, always paying attention to what he was cooking while talking to us, and we talked a lot! Thanks Chef Giovanni, we'll recommend you to all our friends and I hope to have you over for another special occasion or just for a glass of prosecco and a laugh!PS. Giovanni gave us the 5-Star Italian Experience! The Private Chef experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend it! The food was delicious and he was an amazing host!
