Staff was very helpful and good selection for a mother of the bride dress which we purchased there.However the alteration process took some time. It took a few visits to finally have a correct fit.But staff was pleasant and helpful throughout the process.wedding is now over.we purchased the dress on the right and received the dress on the left .looking closely we believe these are different dresses. Also the brooch on the dress fell off previous to the wedding. Selection and pricing is fine but as other reviews have noted quality of workmanship is questionable. Also the bead count appears to be different. Examine photos closely and recommended documenting any purchases.

From the minute I walked into the store to when I left they made me feel like a queen. It was a beautiful time. They were patient and made my experience amazing. I would definitely recommend Mary and her team!!

I walked into Sharleez for the first time a couple of months back, looking for a dress for our daughter's wedding. I have to admit that I was a little intimidated. Since buying my own wedding gown, I had not been in a bridal shop or looked for an evening gown for myself - but the consultants were amazing and I was so surprised that I found my dress so quickly! The in-house seamstress, Mary, is also fantastic and extremely accommodating and flexible. The wedding was this past weekend and I had so many compliments on my 'stunning' dress. I was also surprised how comfortable the dress was for the whole evening. Attached is a photo of my son and I before the wedding to share just how beautiful this dress is ! I had such an amazing experience at Sharleez Bridal. I am not comfortable trying on clothes to begin with, but Lydia was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I bought my daughters prom dress here. Couldn't ask for better customer service, the consultants to their in-house seamstress are very helpful and kind. My experience at Sharleez Bridal was beyond my expectations and absolutely fantastic. From my first phone call to make an appointment to my first try on. I was greeted by Angelika who capture me with her energy and positive attitude. My nervousness went completely away. She was very informative and detailed about the dresses. She made every moment amazing. I was unsure about the dress and needed a few days and she was completely understanding and made a follow up. Upon my follow up...Angelika made sure I was confident and happy...even playing my ceremony song...what else could I ask for...top customer service and a unique dress! Thank you so much for ensuring this experience was one of a kind and not just another number or customer... I was her priority and her focus! Definitely recommend.
