Murray was amazing in making sure all my questions were answered with kindness and very professional! He wasn't trying to make a quick buck, he was trying to help me better understand what I needed to do to keep my kids safe! I highly recommend PuroClean! We had a sewer back up in our new house. We called PuroClean, they arrived within an hour of our call. I was relieved at how fast they arrived and went straight to work. They took care of the emergency in a fast and professional manner. PuroClean worked directly with our insurance company and kept us informed every step of the way. PuroClean is fast to get on site but care enough to talk you through every step of the process. They did a great job putting our new house back to our complete satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend PuroClean!

We recently moved into our house and after the first rainful we noticed water leaking from the ceiling. So my wife called up PuroClean and they came very quickly and went right to work. Pat was very informative when I had any questions. He assured me that the antimicrobial fog they used to coat the wall and put in the attic was very safe especially with kids in the house. I would recommend that they go over prices first before doing anything (this being a non insurance claim). Because we had to ask them first. But he ended up keeping the cost down below what we were hoping for. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

We had some water damage recently and called Pat to come assess things and quote us for renovation and clean up ,especially mold, since I have an autoimmune issue. He has been amazing. He makes himself available to all clients or potential clients. He answers questions very quickly even when he is on the fly to another project. He gives such great service and he hasn’t even got any money from me yet. Now that is excellent customer care. His secretary Crystal has been awesome. Her kindness and efficiency are very apparent. I really feel like I am in good hands with Pat and his team. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I discovered a major mold problem in my basement as I began investigating a water leakage issue. Turns out, the water was a result of frost developed over the winter melting in the spring behind my fake wood paneling walls. The previous home owner had incorrectly installed fiberglass insulation directly against the foundation and then covered it with vapor barrier creating a perfect environment for condensation and mold. PuroClean did an amazing job of remediation and the difference could be noticed immediately after they finished. No more stuffed noses and sneezing/coughing consistently. We picked this company based on reviews and we are so happy we did! As soon as we told them the problem we were having, they were at our house the same day. We originally contacted them to professionally clean our basement after finding water damage, however, we were happy to find out that they take care of the entire restoration from start to finish! They dealt with insurance for us, and the quality of work they provided went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they incredibly easy to work with, but all the people working for them were great people that we felt totally comfortable with in our house. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company for all your restoration needs! If I could give them more stars I would! You will not be disappointed.

WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a contractor. I had a ice dam which caused ceiling damage. Contacted Pat from Puroclean in March - stated he would have the repairs done in April or at latest in May. Well, after waiting 5 months for them to show up - I gave up. Don't believe a word Pat says - he is a Professional Liar and nothing more !!!
