I went with my friend (who is a person of colour) to apply for a job and hand-in resumes. As we leave the manager whom we handed our resumes to, goes and talks to the security and had him approach my friend of colour (and only him) and had him empty his pockets and pat down his hoodie and pants. I was so shocked, this behaviour was incredibly disgusting, and we had only been in the store for maybe 5 minutes max! I will not be returning to a store like this and I encourage others to be cautious when shopping here. The man was white and bald.

Save on foods always has good quality fruit and veggies, the bakery items are super delicious, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks everyone!

Rude cashier Marisa. I see im not the only bad review about her. 15 years of good service badge, thats garbage.Will NEVER shop here again and already transferred my family’s prescriptions to safeway and will be shopping there from now on. Its a much nicer store anyways.

I went in on a Monday to order a cupcake cake for my son's birthday party and spoke and discussed a Minecraft themed cake and having them filled with strawberry jam and what to write on the top and that's when we had discussed flat icing or not. Since it was for a Saturday pickup I stopped in again on Wednesday to confirm the order to make sure there were no issues and at that time discovered that they do not feel the cupcakes with anything that's not even an option and I dropped off my Toppers that I had bought off Amazon and reconfirmed my order it was Minecraft you could do green icing piping Etc. When I went to pick it up on Saturday it looks like I had done it myself the icing was thrown together it looks sloppy and all it said was my kid's name on it. For the price of it I would never order from them again it doesn't look professional at all I could have just done it myself I was looking for somebody with more professional skill sets and that's why I ordered from them. I would not give them the business again.

I was at this store Sunday, February 12. I lined up in the first till and the cashier told me she was going to wrap flowers. So I took my 3 items to the next till. As I was walking away, she made a snide comment to the customer about me. When I was at the next line, the cashier finished with her customer. He then asked if she could get him lottery tickets. She said she could. I explained this was the second cashier that left or was going to leave me waiting. I told her my order would take less 2 minutes. She snottily told him that he would have to go to the customer service, but nobody was working there today. I realize I did not get the cashiers' names, but there only 2 on at 11:10 am. Please get more staff and get polite staff to improve the customer's shopping experience. There is anotherSave On near me I could take take my business to if this happens to me again.Thank you,Kristie King

Thank you MAX!! Today I went into Sobeys on 62ave looking for beef soup bones. I noticed there weren't any in the freezer. I asked someone in the Deli department, his name was Max. Normally in other stores I get told, that is not my department

Love the selection but the Cashier service is horrible...I have had to walk out 50% of the time because I don't want to wait forever with only one cashier open.They do not have self-checkout and their express" lines are rarely open. If you need to shop at Save-On I would suggest you find a better run store

This location needs self-checkouts, especially for Express! The waits are too long. Some of the cashiers are incredibly rude, which doesn’t help.The selection is very good, and usually always fresh. I will continue to shop here because I want to support a western Canadian chain, but something needs to be done to improve the front end service.

I will forever be waiting in a line to check out at this store!More cashiers need to be available to help when lines start to go down the isles or get self checkout machines. Please do something.
