This is so far the worst experience I’ve had shopping for quartz. Delivered many (8) weeks later, lost my file in the process after we did the deposit (isn’t that stressful enough?). They have no manners and the worst communication with customers. Send text messages and won’t reply later. They called their competitor in front of me in the office to tell them I was not satisfied the way they served me at their showroom. They made a mistake when charging us at delivery charging an extra 400$. I need another slab now and no way in hell I’m going back there. There are other distributors. They sweet talked me at first, and got caught up into this.

A great friendly team… who go out of their way to help and suggest. Great prices and even better service!! Keep up the good work… we need more people like you! More power to you…

If you dont mind waiting forever and to be given excuses, this is the place for you. The prices are average for the area. Service was better a year ago when i had a kitchen redone, but recently needed two small pieces as an upgrade, told within the week it was to be done. One week, two weeks go by. No call, i try to call, left message. Went there myself but given excuses after excuses, ppl quit, lost your work order, etc... got my refund 5 weeks later.Not worth the time, headache, and the minor savings. Much better places around town.

I recently had an opportunity to work with Ravi/ Rishab and team for a project. In short, they are the BEST. Very frindly knowledgeable and experienced staff and quality in products. I wish them all the best and highly recommend for Granites and Quartz in Montreal and around.

Worst experience ever! It took them 2 weeks to come measure and 6 weeks later it’s still not installed. Be prepared for excuses like my machine broke down, I have to come remeasure, etc.

Great service and quality products! I needed very specific pieces for my kitchen; the staff assured me their availability, good prices, and I received everything I ordered in timely fashion. The installation was done perfectly without any issues. I will undoubtedly do business with them again, and I recommend them to anyone that is in need of proper marble and granite.

Good service to select the type of quartz counter. But you were supposed to come wednesday the 14th for the measurements and never came to my condo. You never answered calls or text messages since then……..we are still waiting

I rarely give this low rating but the experience was not easy or pleasant at all:Positive: The price is reasonable. The cutting and installation is good. The installation guys were nice, respectful and professional.Negative: Unfortunately what others say about the bad management, and lack of communications are correct which brings so much stress to the renovation process not knowing when the work will be done.- Two times scheduled for the measurement and no one showed up with out any call for cancellation or answering the phone in those days.- Several times saying we will call you back, no one called back.- Supposed to come for installation in 2 to 3 weeks after the measurement and it was between 4 to 5 weeks instead.- They installed it in late September and for the warranty I asked them to have a receipt, the same day of the installation. No receipt. From then until now I called them for about 18 times, every time Laura (if I'm not wrong with the name) says Ravi is busy but he will send you very soon, by the end of the week, today,.... Still not received the receipt.Buy from them only if it really worth the pain, stress, hassle, and the unpleasant feeling of being ignored and disrespected as the client.

Had an incredible experience with this company. They were punctual, answered all my questions and provided an excellent customer service. The team was available at any time and were just one phone call away. I had previously requested a similar job to be done by other companies but they all refused until I found this one. The job was very specific and was to be done in very short notice, and Rishab Marble and Granite delivered without much difficulty. I would definitely recommend it, great job done by true professionals.
