Shoppers Drug Mart

I can't believe the staff(cashier) in this location, it's always empty and even like that they make you use the self checkout while some of them are checking their own mobiles around the corner. I'm always go to the staff and ignore the machines to keep their job positions, buts it's clear some of them don't care at all, they get paid anyway, they don't look afraid to loose their jobs. I'm talking about the lady was yesterday October 19th working at 7:00pm. Shame on you.

Went there for a quick Covid-19 home kit test appointment. It was done fast, courteous, and professionally. The pharmacy staff who did my test was very friendly and I highly recommend this place.

The pharmacy is excellent! The head pharmacist actually knows my name and all of her staff are very attentive, efficient and thorough… always friendly, too!

Staff follow us around as if they think we're stealing and it makes the shopping experience uncomfortable and creepy. They also watch you at the self check out so if you're buying anything that feels private for you this is not the place to do it. Prices are higher than everywhere else. Using the pharmacy is generally problematic. If there were more options closer to home we would never shop here. Go somewhere else if you can.

I’ve been going there for a year now and 90% of the time someone follows you and stares at your soul. Or ask to check your bag. They treat you like a thief.It’s really frustrating

Horrible pharmacy. The 4th time they made a mistake with my prescription and provided the wrong dosage. This is so scary and horrible. I think they must be hiring any monkey off the streets. So ridiculous!

The store is generally quiet and clean.This morning I went there to pick up some items and upon check out, I notice the total were 80% than expected. One of their staff (assistant manager? Tall Asian male with short hair) came and confirm the price listed is incorrect then walked away. I told him base on the end cap display, there is no sign to call out the different type of tooth paste (same brand) are of different price. The staff agreed but just repeat that’s not the price and walked away like he was annoyed by me and not a word apologizing or offer to price match. Who knows how many customer has paid the false advertised price and not sure if the staff is trained on Scanning code of practice.

I had an excellent time at this location. On Sunday, this young man with glasses helped me find a suitable electric toothbrush. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I had any questions. Though I do not usually shop at this location because I live in Vancouver, I will definitely come back because the customer service is awesome!

I used to love this pharmacy but I feel the service has gone downhill. After being given one ozempic pen on April 5 when I called May 19 I was told I had already gotten 3 months worth and I had no medication to pick up. I also had another mediation that was up for refill and I had to call 3 times and go back and forth with Andrew who was acting like I was trying to steal something from the pharmacy I asked for my prescription to be moved to another pharmacy. The other pharmacy confirmed that I had two prescriptions that were over due. I don't know why but Andrew really seemed to want to keep my Ozempic pen. I started wondering if I was actually disoriented based on his empathic insistence that I had picked up a 3 month prescription and had no meds to pick up. I had to go home and look at the prescription box and date before I called the fourth time to ensure I wasn't out of line. Terrible experience especially for someone with high stroke/cardio event risk.
