Princess Auto

It was a really good experience at Princess Auto. The staff were super friendly and the products were well organized. As someone who loves vehicles in general and trucks in particular, I really enjoyed the products they had here.

It is very difficult to find things in the array of goods. The store associates intentionally make you wait for service. Shouldn’t their priority be to assist customers in finding goods so they don’t become frustrated and go somewhere else? Canadian Tire has a better inventory system and their website tells you the quantity and where it is located in the store. Princess Auto needs to do a better job at this.Revised my rating to <0 after another terrible customer service experience. I went to return an online purchase. The customer service counter was closed and I asked an associate (Samantha) where I could do a return. She directed me to the cash. After waiting in line, the same person (Samantha) opened another resister and said you cannot return that here. She opened up the customer service counter and accepted the return. It has become a consistent theme that the folks at this location go to many lengths to avoid helping customers, making them wait and prioritizing their other tasks. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Princess Auto, do better or risk losing your business to the competition.

ok store you get some good deals quality is average. service well that kinda sucks. they will never answer the phone. never. you go to the web site to check store quantity and it shoots you to a shopping basket to complete the transaction. i still don’t know how many units are at that location?? it says on the voicemail check the site. i check the site and it doesnt tell you store quantities.

The staff here are so helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find what I'm looking for, but all the staff members usually know where all the times are. If they don't, they'll pull it up on the system and help. Thank you! I'll be back soon!

There's always something interesting that you can find and on sale at Princess Auto. I always driving whenever I'm nearby.Edit: This is also great place for phone and car accessories. The staff were always helpful whenever I have questions.

Went in there about a week ago to return items. These were items from a hoarder. After the decision got bounced around from various people I was told no. Go sell the items online. I drove directly to the Scarborough location. They took everything in the end it was nine shopping carts. I highly recommend the Scarborough location very busy. But great employees very helpful and knowledgeable.

Today I came for return but just find attitude from employees here is the worst I ever met. It is not a single employee’s problem. Big issue with this shop. Sad experience !

Bought a set of spark plugs for around $4.99 and found it did not have the rubber bush so the spark plug was difficult to remove.Went to return the part after a week to exchange and was told the part is not in the system.Cashier told me to go to returns and they will help me.No one at returns so went to cashier again and was told that I did not buy the part from them, Really? And she called Cheryl.Told her I did not have receipt but I paid by credit card and I did buy the part from them.I actually went and found another pack of spark plugs with 3 sets and told her I would pay the difference.This lady would not let me speak and when I tried talking over her she accused me of shouting at her.She tried looking for the part on 1 PC which was slow so she said she would go to another PC.After almost 30-40 minutes, she appears and tell me that she found the skew number ,not the part number, whatever that means and could only refund me $1.01.It is sad that in these days with social media , we still have people that have no customer service skills and can damage a business.The difference in price was $3, which I was willing to pay, was it worth the negative comment that they have now received.If I were the owner of this store, I would certainly have a long chat with this lady, she needs a refresher course in customer service.In the end I left with my original part, totally disgusted .Will never shop at this location again.

I live in Vaughan and never knew about Princess auto. Was looking for a oil extraction pump and came across this place. Wow it was just what I was looking for and at a great price. Ordering was easy and got it in two days. Definitely will keep Princess auto in mind from now on.

Awesome for a in city Princess Auto location. Ive been to other city locations and they were nowhere near as neat and well stocked as this one. When you enter you can clearly see big signs above that direct you to the department one looks for. Staff was friendly and helpful although it takes time to find someone as this place is big.
