Ayam Zaman Restaurant
Nice place for some Syrian cuisine.Had the Mutabbal to start. Very flavourful. Though, one piece of bread isn't nearly enough for it. We had to order another at an extra charge.Had the Authentic Syrian Chicken Shawarma and my sister had the Authentic Syrian Beef Shawarma. Both were tasty and very good portions with leftovers for lunch.Had a pistachio baklava for dessert which was tasty as well.We will be back.

Ayam Zaman Restaurant truly impressed me with its inviting ambiance, beautiful interior design, and delectable food. The chicken shawarma was a standout, bursting with perfectly balanced flavors. The Ayam Zaman mixed grill platter was also fantastic, offering a delightful assortment of expertly grilled meats. While the beef/lamb shawarma had a minced meat texture instead of a real shawarma, I wouldn't detract a star as the rest of the food was exceptional. Our server was friendly, attentive, and so polite. Ayam Zaman is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience that satisfies your taste buds.

it was a good restaurant, very family-friendly. Restaurant had a great vibe, and aesthetics. initially, it wasn’t so busy when we arrived, however, it was still hard to get a hold of a server. And we had to wait a couple minutes before we could even get some sauce/drink as nobody came to check in with us after the food. The food was okay but really dry. The chicken felt dry and rough. Overall, the restaurant is great, would be a better experience if the meat was soft and tender.

Food is good but very expensive. The amount of food is very small compared to the price. We ordered a family platter. By seeing the price, we thought the platter would be sufficient for 3. But it was a very small platter and not enough for 3 so we ordered more food. The food was tasty. Liked their chicken grill and pita bread. The beef was very dry and hard, couldn't chew it. The glass wasn't clean at all. We had to tell them to change the glass as there was yogurt sticking on the glass. We also ordered Manakeesh. It was good but it took very long to arrive.Overall I like the taste of their food but theyshould definitely increase the amount of food or decrease the price. They also need to improve their service. There were not many people when I visited but they took a long time to prepare our order.

Terrible service!!! We opened the menu, and a used tissue was there!!! They didn't bother to check them before bringing them to the table. The appetizers came in 30 minutes and the wrong order. The server even asked us if we really ordered this? When we complained about the delays she answered that all tables should receive their appetizers and then they will bring us the main course. The appetizers were tasty and overall, kitchen quality was good, but service was really bad. The servers were all too young and checking their phones and chatting with each other rather than focusing on work.

First thing first, Do not expect customer service from this restaurant. They don’t even know how to have a basic communication with the customer. Atmosphere not bad. Overall food was good. The portions are pretty good specially with the appetizers but relatively pricey. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER MIX GRILL! This was the worst mistake! $45 worth of food and we couldn’t eat it as it was overcooked and all the grilled tomato and onions were burnt as you can see in the picture. Chicken shawarma was average! They could use more sauce or ingredients to make it less dry. Hummus with meat is not the typical one I have had my entire life but it was very tasty. Fatoush salad was very disappointing as the pomegranate molasses tasted sweet and very weird after taste toIt. Tabouli salad dressing was very minimal. Fried Kebbeh was very delicious too.Very weird that they will input the total in the machine before letting you review the bill! Apparently they can’t print out the bill before payment. Lots of odd things happened today that was surprising.

Ayam Zaman Restaurant
The food was amazing and authentic. The prices are OK for the quality of the food however the portion sizing is too small. The bread is just perfect The service was great and fast. The interior was lovely, great artwork, original oriental decorations and furniture, and the cutlery was beautiful. Will be coming back many times for sure!
