I purchased my CAPC machine here and I am very regret that I did. It's very hard to get an appointment with the CPAC consultant and no one answers my call.Very disappointed.

Lesley at the Markham location was the most personal person I have ever meant. You can tell she wears her heart on her sleeve and words cannot begin on how much she cares for you, not as a client, but your a human being when you sit and talk with Lesley. Lesley was able to walk through my CPAP machine and how it works, how to maintain it. Lesley had answered all my questions and even when I had questions afterwards about my machine, she was happy to help me out. Just one incredible person to have watching over my needs for a CPAP machine. I would like to say, she is very overworked as one person at this site. Lesley even took time on her lunch to see me. Wellwise Shoppers should use Lesley as the spoke person for the CPAP program and maybe consider Lesley as the main trainer for the CPAP program. I felt so at ease with Lesley and had no fears when I was done my session with her. Great work Lesley, Thank You.

Horrible customer service, they do not respond to your health concerns. Manager agreed I had no response but did not apologize. Found a local store who has professionals that know their products and I don’t have to wait months of not getting any responses to my health concerns with their products. If I could, I would give them a 0 star.

First time at this 9255 Wellwise location and I was not disappointed. Andy was very professional and extremely helpful over the phone. When I got to the store Susan was very kind and assisted me with ordering the walker for my father.I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you!

We received very good service from the CPAP specialist at Wellwise, Cachet Woods location in Markham. Lesley is very knowledgeable and spends the time to take us through all of our options. She ensures we get the product that is right for us and is not pushy. She supports us through the re-imbursement process with our health insurance and follows up on her clients with regards to satisfaction/compatibility of the product and replacement schedules of supplies.

Great place to buy your first CPAP machine. Lesley was very patient and detailed in explaining every single part of the machine, mask, tube and humidifier for me. She never pushed me to pay for the package" like other DME. In the end
