Someone at this place is just a horrible person. Tires were posted online and we phone and told them we would pick them up but was closed until today so we said we would pick them up this am and the person agreed to this.Fast forward to this morning drove all the way into Hanover from out of town got there early and they sold the tires to someone else before we got there after telling us we could have them so unprofessional and inconsiderate and a big inconvenience and not a even call or text to save someone the gas to come in for tires he sold from under us. I don’t know what’s happened to people these days. Beyond rude and horrible person to this to a 70 year old man

Had the parts I needed in stock. Very fast service friendly staff.

Awful service. I provided a brand new belt for them to put on our F-250 truck. They put it on and put on 200km on the odometer and would not give a valid reason for why so many kms added. They then charged close to $400 for installation of the belt that was already provided. The truck now hums and has its check engine light on and the customer service rep (an older lady) that answers the phone refuses to let us speak to a manager or the mechanic that did the installation. Take your business elsewhere and avoid at all costs.

You may want to call them to confirm for renting cars from Budget as Budget doesn’t give them cars to rent out and Budget doesn’t take this location off their website even though the staff there had asked Budget to do so for a looong time. It happened to me today and the gentleman Jesse helped me find a car to rent and sent me to that place for free. He could have just simply told me that we don’t have a car for you, but instead, he did everything for me just because he’s a man with a kind heart! His team were also super kind. They told me to relax and they would help me as soon as they figured out what happened. I can’t express my appreciation enough! Thank you for all!

Great attitudes helpfull and honest

Very expensive service

Budget rental location. Firstly they accept reservations when they are closed. Secondly they accept reservations when they have no cars. Luckily made a call to confirm just before driving an hour to find out they have no cars for two months. What a shambles and a disgrace
