They do not offer shuttle services anymore.Their labour fee is expensive, appointments are hard to get, and their diagnostic fee are expensive.Overall, I am not happy with my car and after having it for 9 yr “Honda Civic”, this car feels like a Pontiac/Chevy/GM car that is always breaking.In the last 9 yrs the AC broke, there is a serious paint defect which Honda takes no ownership. It rotted the back window body to a point where water started leaking in my car. The emission systems became faulty as well requiring an expensive fix.Service and parts customer service number plays hard to get. It is impossible to make an appointment. Their associates do not know what they are talking about. Their phone lines are always tied in knots.I am not buying a Honda after this experience.

Ideal Honda is the best! I had an amazing experience when picking up my new Honda Civic, it was very stress free and everything was ready for me when I arrived which made the process very fast, smooth and easy. Don is exceptional, he is so courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He is the best in the car business, anyone looking for a new/used vehicle should see him as you will not get this type of service anywhere else, he treats his customers like family. Carl was great at presenting the vehicle to me, he was very patient and attentive, he knew all the features and answered all of my questions in detail. The environment at this dealership is extremely welcoming, Tarun, Jo-anne, and Emad were all super kind and always provides service with a smile!

I met with Eric Yin and he provided amazing service while I obtained my new Honda Accord. Eric was very helpful in getting me my car and made sure I had the best price. He was very transparent withe everything despite the numerous delays due to Honda. I am very satisfied with Ideal Honda

Ideal Honda exceeded our expectations with their outstanding service! We were expecting to receive our Honda HRV 2023 at the end of March, but it arrived in just 12 days due to a cancellation. Ajmal, our sales rep, was fantastic and provided us with all the information we needed and called us right away when there was a cancellation so we can get our car faster and in a new colour (Urban Gray Pearl) that we like way better than the black we originally bought. On the day we picked up our car, Carl went through all the paperwork with us and made sure everything was in order. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Ideal Honda for making our car buying process smooth and enjoyable!

I brought my car in to be looked at because the window seals on the doors are moving enough that its caused the paint to chip on the driver window, and 2 other windows the paint is bubling and about to chip. When I called they told me to come in for 430 and they would look at it. Bira, the service assosiate, didn't even know I was coming. He assured me that day it would be covered by warranty. Took some pictures and said he would submit it to honda and get back to me. Never herd back from him. I called him on the following monday(today) and he told me he talked to his supervisor and warranty and claimed it wouldn't be covered as it looked like impact damage. It's happening to 3 windows and is obviously not impact damage in the same spot on 3 different windows. Car only has 18k kms. Don't bother because the whole experience was very unprofessional. There's not much reason to chose one dealership over another except for the employees and I wouldn't suggest going here. Attached are photos of the damage.Edit: took it to another dealer. It's covered by warranty and also has nothing to do with body work. These are panels above the window and will be replaced. That's basic knowledge and I'm almost surprised Bira didn't know that. Just go to mississauga honda, might be further but you'll be way better off.

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!!My partner and I were in the market for a new vehicle and came here. Upon arriving, we were quickly sent to their sales consultant, Ajmal Janjua, and this guy is the reason we walked out and will NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we sat down he didn’t even greet us and instantly jumped into “how much money” and “tell me about the money.” We couldn’t even ask him anything. He also kept speaking over me, spoke to both my partner and I in a condescending tone, and refused to look at me (a woman) the entire time. After I asked to see honda civics he started getting snarky and was so hesitant to show us anything. We practically had to beg to see them. I asked for break downs of the overall cost which he disgustingly responded with “you can read right? It’s right there”, which I couldn’t since he didn’t position the monitor properly. This dude didn’t even tell us about any features, or anything else, only thing he cared about was money; didn’t want to talk about anything besides money. After that we walked out. Scummy piece of work who should never work in customer service.For anyone reading this, especially those who are female / female presenting & are still considering going, ask to speak with anyone besides Ajmal Janjua.I also blame the business for allowing a person like this to work here and represent their business.

The only reason I rate Ideal Honda this highly is due to good experiences with the sales staff.The service department, however, are not trustworthy whatsoever. With a simple oil change or safety service, they will push more expensive services like brakes. Sadly, this seems to be a common tactic, but it isn't necessarily pervasive in the industry.Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I highly recommend Maple Honda, where in 15 years I have never been pressured into having work done that isn't required.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.I took my van in for service which was still covered under warranty. The part was on back order. They advised it would take up to 6 months which I understood. This was beyond their control. They promised me a van as we are a family of 5. They negated on their or promise. They tried to keep me quiet, passing me off to one person then another. They used bullying and intimidation tactics.I ended up finally getting my van back and took it to Precision Honda. Which then gave me A+ service.Ideal Honda shame on you. I will never deal with you again.People take your money elsewhere.Try Precision Honda.
