Supposed to have internet set up. Stayed home all day. I called the store to set it up. I was told between 8-5. I called the store this morning to make sure they had my phone number correct on file and made sure someone would call me prior to coming to my condo as I do not have intercom. I was told I would be sent a text message. I waited all day and no one showed up. Tried calling the store again and left a message. I called the 1-888 number and spoke to someone that told me that there was no note on file to call me. He also advised that no note had been left on my file that someone tried to come here. I was given another 1-888 number. I am not going to use Virgin. What a waste of my day.

Great and helpful service. They set everything up and I didn't have to lift a finger. Couldn't be any easier getting a new phone. Employees should get a raise!
