Generally a good place to purchase back to school. Love them selling hogwart items. My kids appreciate. The vibe is lacking though, they need to bring it back

Very organized and clean store. Went in for maternity clothes and they had a small section of maternity clothes. Unfortunately, the Jean sizes were quite limited (sizes 2, 4, and one pair of 6). But, a decent selection of in-store product so I can't complain too much. Change rooms were clean and readily available, as well. Adequate amount of cashiers to make the process quick at the end was also appreciated.

This is one of the worst H&Ms I have been to. The ladies at the change-rooms are always rude to me, I am not sure why. I try being nice & friendly and they still ignore me and help customers that came after me. It's really odd, not sure if there's some racial or cultural prejudice happening here. Mind you I don't live in Winnipeg & so I only visit this location a few times a year.Secondly, this location doesn't offer a decent amount of clothing options/styles as the other H&Ms I have been to. & let me tell you, I have been to locations all over the country as well as across the globe. That is not entirely their fault, perhaps the market for a more expanded selection just isn't in Winnipeg.

I just want to appreciate the worker (tall, was wears glasses and I think he’s Asian) who took the time to ring us through the till in the mens section. Earlier today around 2pm while he was helping us, the other customers behind me was getting upset because he was removing most of the hangers from the clothes that I was purchasing, which he didn’t have to but he was just doing his job. I don’t know his name but thank you for working even though the other customers were so rude. Thanks again!! *May 28, 2022*

Busy for Black Friday!! Staff struggled to keep the floor clean but worked hard to clear the lines of customers waiting to pay. Fitting rooms were clean.

I had gone here a couple weeks ago and had one of the best customer service I've had in a while! It had been so long since I had gone to this specific location and couldn't find the item from the website that I had wanted. It wasn't until I talked to one of the employees, I think her name was Colleen (who was incredibly nice and amazing!) in which they had helped me in finding everything I needed. Would come again 10/10 because of her!
