Truly, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ocean Ceramics! All the staff were friendly and courteous! Due to an unusual allergic reaction to materials used on the first two partial plates that were created for me, Tyrell did not give up on his quest to find a solution!. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out! He was incredibly kind and patient with me! Tyrell rocks!! Also, the workmanship and quality is unsurpassed! I would highly recommend Ocean Ceramics!

I have used Ocean Ceramics for the past 13 years. They are a full service lab. I have had a superb working relationship with them. The quality of their work has always been exceptional. On the very rare occasion where a case has not worked, the team at Ocean has readily stepped up to address any issues. My dental office is in Alberta and there have been no issues with having cases delivered when promised. Best lab ever!I switched to Ocean over 15 years ago, and instantly noticed several differences from all the previous labs I had used: Their crowns needed much less adjustment than anything I previously had experienced. Indeed, I would say my crown insert time was about twice as fast with Ocean. Cosmetically, Ocean’s lab work is the best I’ve ever seen - the difference is noticeable for dentists and patients alike. However, the most important reason I’d never switch labs is their amazing customer service, I love that Ocean is a multi-generational family run business that clearly takes much pride in their work. They are always willing to give that one-on-one service and personal touch, and will go above and beyond to make my patients and myself happy. I really feel like they have my back. The team at Ocean Ceramics has been amazing to work with. Their crown and bridge work is exceptional, as is their commitment to excellence. I switched to Ocean because I was tired of sending one out of every few crowns back with open margins (especially on iTero scanned cases), and the improvement in the fit and marginal seal was immediate. Hardly ever any adjustments to make on my crowns and they are extremely helpful on large cases. I highly recommend you try them out if you haven't already!

I have been using Ocean Ceramics for the last few years now after searching for a lab that could meet my and my patients expectations. Ocean has surpassed all my expectations in regards to the amazing crown and veneer work they provide my patients but also in the customer experience when they go to Ocean’s facility for a custom shade. They take their time and have conversations with my patients. Recently they reiterated what I had shared with a patient in opting for 2 front upper veneers as opposed to 1 and they managed to convince him to proceed with 2 for the beat outcome.
