Perfect setting for time to myself for reflection and meditation. The grounds are beautiful, on the waterfront and in an excellent location. A close walk to the historic part of Arnprior and directly connected to a trail that makes its way through a beautiful old growth forest. I highly recommend for those in need of peace and solace, especially during these challenging times.

A BUSINESS only interest is money.Filthy cleaning standars resulting in rodents , spider webs and dust.No room cleaning no replacement bedding and an overall attitude of ignorance.This IS NOT A TELIGIOUS OR SPIRITUAL HOME... JUST GREED.

In my opinion, I would say Galilee is the perfect workplace. This retreat Centre is a fast-paced, working environment, well-strucured with managers and employees who work well together as a team. The guests are always pleasant and respectful of the staff. Every working day is always a challenge and exciting, as no two days are the same at Galilee. What else can I say? But that I truly enjoy working at Galilee! ⚘

Such a beautiful spot to learn about history and view 250 year old trees. Easy hike for any age. Hike down by the waters edge and then take the hike down to the water and sit and take in the beauty.Don’t forget chickadee food the kiddies will love to feed right from their hand. The chickadees are happily waiting!Adjacent to the grounds is a parking lot down below to Robert Simpson Park...I think I found one of the 250 year old trees on today’s walk!
