In a world where GTA home buyers are more pressured than ever to make quick, life-long decisions, Dave was the person we could count on for an accurate, prompt, and trustworthy home inspections. He pointed out all the little things to be aware of we would have otherwise missed. He gave us the confidence of knowing what we were getting ourselves into.Dave did a pre-offer inspection for us on house in Oshawa in the spring of 2022 that was thorough and easy to understand. We ended up buying a different house in Scugog that came pre-inspected by the seller - but we had Dave come out to take a look in the fall just for extra peace of mind.
