Ongles 99 nails

Well today I went to this nail salon for the first time in years (my first time was over 15 years ago) and got my nails done. The staff was really courteous and welcoming, felt showered with genuine love as I walked through the door.I’m very big on nails as it’s my me time, my happy time, my self care moment in a busy routine. And I have to say I was extremely pleased with the welcome and most of all my nails. Definitely a great experience over all. I do recommend their services.A big thank you to the entire staff.

I've been visiting the 99 nails salon for almost 10 years and my nail technician is Jenny. I've never been disappointed. Everyone working there is very nice, kind, polite and professional and I always feel welcome there. They respect all the COVID-19 procedures and it's therefore very safe. I go there twice a month, the nail shape is always on point and they have a very big choice of colours and designs. It's very clean and the service is always fast. Lastly, I always get many compliments on my nails. Service is very good overall and the price is perfect! I highly suggest for manucures and pedicures!

Lili, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart. She is without a doubt one of the kindest and most attentive salon owners I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment you sit down in her chair, she takes the time to really get to know you and your specific needs. She asks thoughtful questions about your hand shape and finger size, as well as your personal style and preferences, in order to provide personalized advice that is tailored specifically to you.Her years of experience in the industry really shine through in the quality of the service she provides. From the way she expertly shapes and buffs your nails, to the precise application of your chosen nail polish or design, every step is taken with care and precision. I truly trust Lily and her team 100% to provide the highest level of care for my nails.But it's not just the expertise and attention to detail that make this salon so special. The space itself is beautiful, new, and clean, with a girly decor that feels fun and inviting. Great Service, Hospitality, environment and kind staff. Lily did my pedicure and I was overjoyed with the results. Prices are reasonable and I’m so happy I finally found my go to place!

I went to get a gel manicure on my real nails. I took an appointment with my friend at 6 and we ended leaving at 9… and they didn’t even finish doing my friends nail because they kept doing everyone else, but we had an appointment.I had gel on my real nails and when the lady took it off, it ruined my nails because of her laziness. Instead of letting my old gel soak in acetone then peel it off, she used the electrical filer to remove it… this thinned my real nails so much, the day after my real nail broke and it broke from my nail bed…Then the painting was lazy as well. The paint was uneven and did not even touch my cuticles. They kept saying that the machine was too strong so it shrunk the gel… I told them all of that and they said they would redo it but they would have to use the electrical filer again, so I refused! I ended up paying 30$ for broken and chipped thinned nails and i had to go home and cut my nails down because of how thin they were.

Went here for the first time last week! Lili took her time shaping my nails perfectly as they grow crooked. She really did an amazing job.

I’ve only ever had the best experiences doing my nails here. I get my refills done by Jenny. Not only is she incredibly sweet, she is very talented. Her work is amazing and fast too. Would definitely recommend her.
