CCMSU Medical Imaging

It was my first time at this clinic and won't be my last. The space is very open, beautiful and modern. The receptionist were mediocre not rude but not very joyful or pleasant either. However the ultrasound technician was such a sweetheart very nice and pleasant lady. This was my first prenatal ultrasound here and by far my best ultrasound experience. Will definitely recommend this ultrasound for any of prenatal needs. Wish I took her name so I could've mentioned here.

Excellent Service!! My doctor was also very satisfied with the super fast results. Was trying to find a clinic that can do Xray and an ultrasound where i don't have to wait too long for an apt or where i don't have to split and go to a clinic more than once for these tests. The receptionist was super understanding and the tech was very gentle over my injured area without compromising quality. I was super satisfied with how well they disinfected the exam rooms and how clean the office was, which was super important to me during this Covid period. Very professional.

CCMSU has probably one of the most friendly and efficient staff. I came in to my appointment 15 minutes early. The secretary was kind and she made the whole process seem easy. Definitely recommending this to others.

The whole CCMSU experience is fantastic! I've come to this clinic a few times for knee ultrasounds, and I'm always greeted with friendly staff and professionalism. They've got a beautiful art gallery to ease your mind, and the equipment they use is top-quality. Great place!

Overall a great experience! The clinic was very clean and the staff members were quite professional. I really liked how organized everyone was! The Ultrasound Technician (Ali) was very friendly and kind. Definitely will come back again if need be!

Honestly, I had such a great experience at this clinic. Firstly, the clinic itself was very clean and tidy. I was greeted by friendly staff and got to enjoy the beautiful art gallery on my short walk to ultrasound. The technician, Ali, was very polite. You can tell this individual cares for his patients and is very competent in his field. Definitely recommend!

The secretary hanged the phone on my for no reason and she seemed very angry upon confirming the appointment when I asked further details about directions. If this is happening to you complain to the doctor, business bureau of Canada. If this is happening to people, we should file a lawsuit against this office. They are using taxpayer money and abusing sick and volnerable people going there for medical needs. This happened to me 1 business day before the appointment. They abusing their authority and patient needs. They know that my foot is in the door. When I scheduled the appointment three weeks ago they were respectful. I am in the process of finding out all possible ways to complain about this office. This has not place in the healthcare sector which service people with physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Lovely lady did my x-ray and she was so careful with my wrist. I recently had a fracture and my cast was removed on the day of the xray . I dreaded the xray imaging because it hurt quite alot the last time i had it done at the hospital. The tech was so careful and gentle with my wrist, i felt almost no pain. Due to covid i was placed to wait in a beautiful gallery and everyone was following the rules regarding social distancing and masks. The facility was very clean. Would highly recommend.

Great ultrasound experience with the technician, Jag. However, I gave a rating of less than what I would like as the receptionist who was a white young woman gave me some attitude. Maybe she had a bad day, but not so professional on her part and quite rude. But other than that, great experience and no complaints with the technician.

I've been going here for X-rays, ultrasound etc for many years. The last one was few months ago.The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The technician Mariam was very friendly and kind. I would recommend this place.to others.
