Great company to work with. I have been working full time with them since April 2019, and it has always been a pleasure working with them. They do treat their employees very well and workplace environment is very professional and respectful. The president Jonathan and the manager Tenzin do make all the efforts to look after their employees which i highly appreciate. They do pay well and on time and with sufficient hours. If you trying to get paid for your service good luck, I always got paid 3 months after I worked. I did my last shift in august 2015 and got paid in January 2016. Terrible!! company do not recommend this to anyone.

Fortress was recommended to us by a friend when we inquired about hiring a guard to watch over our home while we were on our honeymoon for a week. The guard was outstanding we met him before we left for vacation and he assured us our home will be safe , we noticed on our cameras that suspicious cars drove by slowly and also strange people walking by , so was definitely a deterrent , we were very glad we hired fortress !
