Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
When I first came to check in there was a women who was training named Amanda she was absolutely amazing with great customer service. She will go far. The manager Joanne was not only helping her, she was patient, kind and supportive but also had great customer service. The way she interacted with all of her employees was heartfelt.Diana was also truly great!We will come back anytime

The Staff here are A++I have stayed at a few hotels in the area and this is the best one I've stayed at! The staff have been beyond friendly and helpful. Helping me print out some pages I needed last minute for work and so much more!The breakfast was the best I experienced so far. The lobby and pool are clean and comfortable. Rooms were exactly what I expected at this price point! Except bonus it was a lot quieter than I expected being so close to the 401. Best sleep I've had in a while in a hotel.Will be staying with you again. Thank you for taking pride in your Hotel ans Service ❤️

The pool and hot tub was awesome! My boys and I had a blast! Lots to offer at breakfast. Front desk was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back! Prices are good too.

Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
Staff was wonderful. Was a snow storm so had to stop travelling and stop somewhere. Glad it was this hotel. Has a pool, gym and a decent hot breakfast with other varieties to choose from. Beds are super comfy and clean along with the bathroom and the room. Could’ve made toiletries a little bigger but everything else was on point.

Service was good, rooms were clean but a little dated. Continental breakfast had good variety, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts. There is a pool and hot tub and a small convience store. There is also drink vending machines.

Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
Just checked in and the bed side table was full of crumbs and nasty ear plugs. Counters were visibly dirty and I’m not 100% certain I’ll be sleeping on clean pillow covers. When I called to politely inquire about the cleanliness of our room. He simply told me all the rooms had been cleaned and that was the end of it. All I have are pictures that I was hoping to upload here.

Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
Staff when I checked in was absolutely lovely. Any other interaction with others great as well. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Normal eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast spread. Hot tub could have been warmer. Was just warm water. Which is nice but a hot tub should be hotter I think. The only thing I would say is that you really need to bring is a plug charger. No USB ports to.charge your phone. At least not in my room.

Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
The hotel was nice, clean. They had a lower lobby, accessible by stairs or elevator. The appointments were a bit dated, but clean, and the towels were fluffy and white. The restaurants on site had rather early hours I thought for the weekend, and the small convenience store was always closed, therefore not very convenient. We had to pay for offsite parking, and there was no courtesy transport, pick up or drop off. There were many places of interest within walking distance or a short cab ride, which we used the entire time there. We would consider using this hotel again, mainly because of location, not amenities.

I recommend this hotel 100%.Very nice polite and welcoming staff, always ready to help 24 hours service. very good breakfast food service. clean and spacious rooms with all amenities provided. Convenient location near to Walmart and all other stores. Enough parking available and nice lobby to hang out also gym, pool and dining area clean and tidy.

Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel
This was a great spot to stay as we visited family in hospital in Guelph. 22min from the hospital. Great hot breakfast, quiet room and good sleep. Pool was relaxing. Thank you.
