Make sureu read all paper work i brough a 20 000 car and up owing57 000 deal was nice but said there was nothing good do about it sure feel stupid now kot total scamers be very careful they will take u for everything

Service team is always rude and unknowledgeable. I loved the salesmen who sold me my car but if I knew about the horrible service and attitude I'd receive every time I got my vehicle serviced I would've 100% bought my car from different dealership.

Completely lied on my whole application. Including my employer. Grossly inflated my yearly gross. Went to a reputable company and tried to get a loan on a cheaper vehicle and was denied as all the information was wrong that kot auto group gave. So now I look like a liar even though I never agreed to what janessa had entered or even know what she put to begin with. Stay far away from this scam of a company.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would Kia kelowna which is owned by KOT auto is one of most unprofessional dealership I have ever been too. Not only have I experienced horrible customer service from their service department but their internal departments don’t speak to one another causing headaches frustrations for the customer who bought extended warranty, new car and new motor!

Cam Sorensen, Eric Nowak and Mike Retallick have all made my experience with KOT Auto Group the most rewarding, the easiest transition, the very perfect example of particularly excellent quality customer service and going the extra mile! I felt valued and special. They even gave me lunch while Eric was crunching the numbers. From the first moment Cam reached out to me to inquire if I'd be interested in trading in my precious Blanche, a 2019 Hyundai Elantra, to the final signatures and appointments for winter tire transfer, this team went to bat for me! The dudes in the first office to the left, gave me a Truth and Reconciliation Orange Ribbon pin!My new (to me) 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, that my daughter has christened, Adora, is a beauty! Very nice sales staff, excellent product knowledge, appears to have a large selection of vehicles right at the lot. I can confirm from experience that the service staff here is AAA+.I find it difficult to purchase a car from this dealership based on all the extra charges (with premium price) they demand! over and above the MSRP. In 2019 I did purchase two Hyundai's, one in Alberta and a second from a BC dealership outside of Kelowna. I feel achieved a lot more value for my money. With that, I have one of these vehicles serviced in Kelowna regularly and the second in Edmonton Alberta regularly. In closing I think Hyundai makes an excellent vehicle overall. From a customer's point of view, it has been my experience to shop around and achieve value... Purchase for the right price.

I was introduced to Kot Auto Group by my colleague. The environment in the office was cordial and welcoming. I dealt with Rob to discuss regarding my auto requirements. I spoke with him on various occasions and found him friendly and inviting. My friend even got a $200 referral from them. They have won a loyal customer. The coffee is absolutely free while you shop for your car.

Although they sell cars and trucks staff seems to prejudge you and are very difficult to deal with. They stand there and look at you and do not offer to help nor provide information and even then its basic yes no answers. Kept sunglasses on and kept disappearing. Left us feeling they did not want to be there and we were a waste of time. No work or inspections done at all and no warantee. Sold vehicle to someone else while we making sure of funding. Called in to let them know of first negative experience they really didnt seem to care. Avoid unless you are a mechanic and can by pass the less than steller sales...

Terrible service dept. Did not complete the work requested and paid for and lied to me about it. Then took an attitude when confronted about it. Never go there for service!
