Lack of communication , never reply neither by email or phone call. They dont even deserve a star , all the articles in by-laws are not even applied in the building. The only thing they have to do is to manage themselves before managing a building with 183 condos. Such an unprofessional company .

Lack of communication , never reply neither by email or phone call. They are representing the condo building where I live and the condo owners are all very disappointed with the way they handled security and responding to our issues. Avoid at all cost, especially for new building. Even the owner of the company personally knows of issues and claims they cannot “answer for now”.

Mauvais service. Paie les fournisseurs en retard de plusieurs mois. Ne réponde pas aux messages. J'ai l'impression que les avis 5 étoiles sont des faux pour rehausser la cote générale. Extrêmement déçu de mon expérience avec eux.
