Campeau Heating

Arrived home from a trip (in June) to find our gas fireplace roaring. Thermostat was at zero - but, somehow, the fireplace had turned itself on?! An after-hour service agent phoned me and quite courteously talked me through the steps to turn off the gas. I was nervous and not at all confident I could tackle the job, but Sahib was patient, kind, and helpful to the max. It was too hot in our home to wait for someone to come over (also, I wanted to avoid paying the extra weekend dispatch fee), therefore I am grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Sahib over the phone (photos and video call). Campeau Heating is lucky to have such a fine service agent! Thank you kindly.NB - Our thermostat was an old Honeywell model, mercury-based, and it essentially died while we were away. Campeau Heating will be replacing it during normal working hours ;)

(Personable) Devon did an excellent job of first time cleaning and assessment of our heating/cooling system for Campeau. He thoroughly addressed a concern and then did an efficient maintenance service.

It is easy to see why Campeau heating is such a successful business. From the first phone call regarding my heating issues to the informative salesman who quickly came and assessed my needs to the excellent installation crew whom were very friendly and even took time to gain my dog’s confidence. They were very professional and informed us when they were about to perform a necessary noisy procedure. They were extremely careful not to damage anything while removing my old furnace and the pride in their workmanship is so evident. They cleaned up totally and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend Campeau to anyone.

Our furnace stopped working at 2:00am and we called and left a message. Received a call from the office with quick response time. The technician Sahib Singh was very professional and knowledgeable. Our furnace is working great now. Campeau is a great local business with great customer service.

We called Campeau Heating because our AC was acting up - during a heatwave no less.They sent a service technician the same day! The technician found the issue in no time and the problem was rectified within a few hours. The cost was more than fair and the service technician was professional and very informative.We will definitely call Campeau again if we have any further issues with our heating and/or cooling systems!

My furnace died just over a week ago. The initial service technician was very professional and honest. He recommended a suitable furnace for my home. I enjoyed dealing with Derrick. The service installation technicians were efficient at installing my new furnace. The install was clean and looked good. They also took the time to go over my new unit with me.My only quirk was with the comfort representative/sales person. I advised him which furnace I wanted and he tried really hard to upsell me even though I made it abundantly clear on the unit I wanted.He came across as dismissive of my requests and had the nerve to walk in and out of my home without knocking or taking off his shoes. He also snickered and laughed at my expense when I told him I’d already bought portable heaters to heat my home until the new furnace was installed. He offered me 3 heaters to carry me over.I did not find him very professional during my interactions with him.Aside from his behaviour, the entire process was very well handled by the Campeau heating team. Their technicians came in on the Saturday of a long weekend to install my new furnace. I was very grateful and I would work with them again while using a different comfort representative.

I had scheduled a tech to come out to figure out an issue we were having with our new Nest thermostat. I was extremely anxious about the issue but I was able to have a tech come in the day after I called which was fantastic. Derrick was my tech and he was amazing. He explained every single step to me and was able to fix my issue extremely easily and in a timely manner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also took the time to re-educate me on how to use my HRV system which was very appreciated. He went over a lot of great info for the furnace and maintenance we need to consider in the future. I also really appreciated getting a text from the company with his name and photo when he was on his way to our house. So thankful for Derrick and Campeau for helping with this issue.
