The Brandon location drivers keep delivering the odd packages I get to an address a street away from me to someone who has a similar first name, but our last names are very different and my address has been very clearly stated on each package, but they have delivered to the other person 3 times this year already, without ever actually fully reading the address label it seems! Good thing I know the person, otherwise I would have never received my packages this year! This happened again this week actually. The neighbour a block away shouldn't have to keep doing purolators job and delivering my packages to me cause purolatpr was too lazy to read and go a street up in their route.

Great service at the terminal. Very poor service with delivery. 7x/8 they have left the package at the door without ringing the doorbell. Witnessed from the window.

Only actually provide the service they are meant to provide (door delivery) half of the time. Unions protect people with poor work ethics which in turn make an entire company look bad.

Sept. 16, 2022 - 8:27 a.m. BRANDON, MB Available for pickup for 5 business days from arrival date at the counter.I want to share my very negative review of the work of the Pulorator employees. I received a notification on my phone that on September 16 my parcels were delivered to Brandon and you can pick them up. For example, Track number 333722488280. I arrived on the same day at 5:30 Pm, but the company's employees apparently did not want to work already (Friday evening, etc.) and they did not give me the parcel. They said that they did not see my parcels at the office, please come on Monday. I explained in the parcels the tool for my work, which I need to work on Sunday and Monday, also Monday is my working day. I work far away from Brandon and can't drive up anytime. Company owners or administrators, please pay attention to the work of your employees. Also, please tell me who will reimburse me for the two working days that I cannot work due to the lack of a tool that the employees of your company refused to give me. And please explain to me on what basis they refused to issue parcels to me? I arrived on a working day, during working hours, even on Friday evening.

Not impressed with this company, they never delivered my daughters package, only left a voicemail saying it’s being returned to sender if not picked up in one day. No notice left, no attempt to come to the door. When I called back, they said there was no buzzer number listed but only had to buzz the apartment number. we were home each time they claimed to attempt delivery. As of today, our package is sitting in Winnipeg being routed back to the sender out of province.

My package was going to be delivered and then it said delayed due to missed connection. The next day I was home all day and found a slip that said they missed me in my mailbox. They never rang the doorbell, called or texted. All of my contact information and unit number were on the package. My doorbell is also clearly labeled with my unit number. I was told to come pick it up from them. So instead of that delivery driver doing their job, they made me drive to them to pick up my package when they were right at my place with it and I was at home. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern for Purolator and I will be avoiding using them whenever possible in the future. I already emailed their customer service and was told my complaint had been forwarded to management. No one, including the management, reached out to take accountability and my overall question as to why it happened never got answered so I have no way of knowing if any changes to provide better service are being made. Taking personal responsibility and explaining the mishap can go a long way but maybe that expectation goes out the window with bigger companies.

Delivery Service is very Poor as they are not bothering to call someone who lives in apartments to collect the material at main door. they must call to receipt before claiming the attempted delivery.

Just want to shout out the amazing workers here! I got a “Christmas present” delivered on Wednesday and the kind soul whoDelivered this package (huge box) went above and beyond to hide it!! And left a sweet little note! Saying “I hope I hid it good enough from the kid” being his Christmas present, i could not thank you all enough! Would recommend to everyone!! I’m not sure who it was but I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Merry Christmas!

The last three deliveries from this courier service have been extremely negative. Given that has been my experience three times in a row, the poor service does not seem to be the result of one off unfortunate events and rather it is a pattern of bad service overall. The first event was the refusal of the employee to get a package that was in the facility. I arrived an hour before closing. The employee went into the back briefly and said she couldn’t find it. I asked her if she could please look again. She kept peeking through the doorway to see if I was still there. I simply waited. After realizing I was not going to just give up and leave, and 55 minutes later, she looked for and brought me the parcel.The next experience involved the shipment of medical supplies that were urgently needed and promised to arrive at my temporary location on a Tuesday. Purolator was told it was important medical supplies needed urgently before it was shipped and was asked the best and fastest method to ship it before it was sent. The instructions and advice was followed. The parcel didn’t arrive by Tuesday and I had to leave by Friday. They charged us another full shipping charge for the redirection and still the parcel still hasn’t arrived. It wasn’t even in the city it was to be delivered to until longer than a week past the original promised delivery date.My most recent experience involves the changing of my delivery address without my permission. I purchased an item online, have reviewed to ensure the correct shipping address with the vendor and the invoice and shipping details. My parcel is shown as delivered under the tracking number. When looking into the details of the delivery through the tracking method, Purolator has delivered the parcel to an old address which is not close to my current address and is no where on the vendor details. The address they used was not authorized by me not the vendor for the purchase. I have no idea why Purolator would change the delivery address without notification and leave it at a different address. I am so frustrated, disappointed, and angry.
