After having many Reno’s done throughout our home we finally were ready to have hardwood install in our large living room and attached foyer.I had seen the expert job Keith had done at our friends house and we only wanted the best. We had Keith come to our home and explain the process that he takes to ensure the highest quality of job. We weren’t disappointed!!Keith took the time to do a quality job so that it would be done right the first time. I was very very pleased with his work and how it turned out beyond my expectations!!After that my husband used Keith’s professional work when his clients from Exit Realty Advantage, required the services of refinishing hardwood floors or having new floors installed. KD Coughlan is one of the best floor refinishers in Fredericton. He took our 80 year old floors that had been covered with carpet for many years and did a wonderful job bringing them back. Highly recommend
