Does no start shipping till after 8am

They received my watch 2 months ago and still haven't started processing the repair request. Not even a simple confirmation email or a generic we're using COVID as an excuse to provide terrible customer service

Don’t send your watch here! I sent my $300 watch here for repair and I was being patient since they said it can take a few weeks, 1 month later I get an email saying they haven’t received it although Canada Post said delivered. So I email them twice and no one responded, their phone line was weird and finally when I got through the lady said she’ll look into it. Never get a call back so I open a ticket with Canada Post saying the package was never received and when I finally called back they suddenly found my watch??? What kind of service is this. It’s been 2 weeks since they said they shipped my watch.. where is it you may wonder .. apparently it gets sent all the way to California to get repaired?? And isn’t expect to arrive for 2-4 more weeks. I sent this watch out Feb 10, 2022 it’s been 2 months. If I didn’t call who knows if they would’ve found my watch. What kind of service is this and the representative I spoke to on the phone was kind but never called back to update me I had to reach out.

Because of COVID they are not taking drop offs, so you need to pay a service to take your watch to their warehouse even if you're wearing a mask and just sanitized your hands. Good luck guys,. Fossil - find a new intake company.

As other reviewers have said, extremely slow service. I absolutely regret sending my watch here for very minor repairs. It took over 2 months from when they received it to get my watch back. I was told I would get an invoice for the repair 3 days after they received the watch. I sent it with tracking so I knew when they received it - it took 4 weeks for them to send the invoice! They never responded to requests for updates & were very slow to send the watch back. They ended up sending me someone else's watch (same model, different serial number). 2 stars because I did actually get a functioning watch back eventually, but I would not use this again. Makes me think twice about buying another Fossil watch in the future.

Picking up for weather guard is slow most of the time. The employees there seem to be miserable all of the time. I hope their working conditions are ok or the pay is great, because I always feel bad for them when I go there. I've never gotten a smile out of anyone working there in the years that I can remember picking up orders from them. Weather guard orders seem to be irritating to them and I'm sorry that that's all we can buy from here! Also typically they don't keep stock on shelving and ladder rack parts so most orders are a 2-3 week lead time which our customers aren't impressed by.
