Really annoyed they didn't update their info that the store isn't open. Only by appointment and when I called, no answer.

I recently purchased two toilets. Upon installation, We realized in ternal tank parts were missing from inside of the Koehler toilets. I immediately contacted the store, and sent a picture of the inside of the Koehler toilet tank. Not only did they take their time to get back to me, to add insult to injury, they told me that I would have to get my plumber to look up the schematic online, and tell them what parts were missing. Yes their immediate responses of the owner Milosh, was that my plumber should do their job..When I told him that I was not comfortable paying for a plumber to assemble a toilet that should have been sold assembled, they told me to return the toilet. I explained that the toilet was already installed and I would have to pay to have it removed and that no reputable company, is going to resell a toilet once it has been installed .When I suggested to them to just send a whole new tank assembly, , the owner told me that would be too expensive for them and nothing was wrong with the tank.I actually spent more than $20,000 with this company last year. I purchased a $1300 VOGT shower faucet and rain head from them. When the unit was installed, we realize that wand assembly was broken. We contacted the store and guess what, the owner told us that we should contact the manufacturer.. it took three emails to get him to remember to send us the contact at the manufacture. Upon contacting the manufacture they never responded.This company operates under VANITY MART and Mr. professional. I would suggest from my two experiences, they are anything but professional. Be warned and run the other way. There’s enough plumbing supply places out there.

We had a great experience with Derek and the other staff at Vanity Mart. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. After our full order had been received at our home, we ran into a construction issue that required a change - Derek was supportive and reasonable and made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended.

We came here on a whim while driving by. Vanity Mart had amazing prices. Much better than two well known and popular retail outlets in the KW area. Good showroom. Derek was a pleasure to work with.
