Milton Cleaning

We just had Milton Cleaning for the first time and I was blown away by how sparkling clean my house was. I have had many different cleaning services over the years but this was by far the best. I had stains in my kitchen sink that I have scrubbed and scrubbed and they are completely gone now. I highly recommend Milton Cleaning and I have booked them to come again and again!!

1 star because their cleaners broke our fridge & we're having to sue to get compensation.Two cleaners from this company used a sponge so full of water to clean the front of our fridge that the water got into the circuitry of the water dispenser on the front door and the fridge started smoking. The water dispenser was destroyed and no parts are available to replace it. The cost of a comparable fridge is $4,000.00 approx. The fridge was working fine until the cleaners broke it.This company didn’t pay us for the damage: they wanted us to accept a used fridge as a swap, refused our suggestion to have the part from the used fridge installed in our fridge at their cost, then offered us $750.00. So, if we had accepted that, we would be out $3,250.00 for using them.Avoid this company. They may not be insured given our experience with them. If they are, they don’t want to use their insurance.

My experience has been great. My cleaning lady Kate comes bi-weekly and she does a great job and their rates are reasonable.My house stays clean on the second week, so i don't even need to do any cleaning until they are back.

Used this company for years and gave plenty of business especially during the sale of my home.When I moved in December I booked a cleaning at my new address, Alicia sent the cleaner to my old address.The cleaner finally showed up spent two hours upstairs doing god knows what. I told her on arrival clean the floors and bathrooms. All she did was clean my floors for 3 hours, I paid her she left.I told Alicia I wasn’t happy - Agnes the manager contacted me and scheduled a meeting. The next day two other cleaners show up and actually clean my house the way I wanted - paid them. Contacted Alicia right away to ask why I paid for 6 hours of work when I don’t believe I should have...she disappeared.Agnes called the next day to schedule a meeting at my home, we schedule. The day of the meeting that is scheduled for 530pm Agnes didnt show up. At 6pm Agnes messages to say thanks for the meeting...???I haven’t used them since, because their customer service is nonexistent. I’m not sure why I was treated this way as an overpaying customer.I recently discovered this company posts ads on Kijiji in many different names and numbers. I asked Diana to have Alicia call me before I would reconsider using this company again.It’s been a week and haven’t heard from Alicia or Diana.Alicia... your customer service and loyalty to your paying customers is awful! You should work on that instead of writing google reviews and making ads on Kijiji in various names.

I have never actually used this company's cleaning service and I was going to contact them. However, I started to read the reviews that I rely heavily upon and was convinced about calling them until I saw the owner Alyssa post a review for herself. I saw her responses to a lot of other reviews that criticized the services that they had never availed a service from her and she tried to put it all on competitor services that the poster might be availing. So this owner probably posts her own reviews (you'll see a few other reviews mentioning that). I just wanted to highlight this to people who might be looking this company up. The good reviews are probably all fake. Owner writing her own reviews and responding like that to negative comments is a total turn off! Beware!

Doesn't show when scheduled or even advise they aren't coming! The first cleaner they sent was horrible. I requested another, which they obliged. The second cleaner was good, nice girl did a decent job, but I would not say it was what I was told would be done. I requested her back after an absence and was told she could come on Thursday. Received an email changing to Friday. Friday came - no cleaner. I have texted, ZERO RESPONSE. Horrible way to run a business.

Thank you so much for helping me on such short notice. They were extremely professional and thorough. Did an amazing job. They were on time and were very fast. I would definitely call them again. Thank you.

A word of caution before you use their service.The worst cleaning experience I have had. They have unprofessional work ethics and responses. The cleaning ladies used harsh chemicals to clean my kitchen cabinets and totally ruined them. There are scratch marks on the furniture and doors due to unneccesary scrubbing. In fact I sent pictures as a proof to the owner Alicia and she did not care to respond or fix the damage. I had to pay for the useless cleaning as well as the damage to my cabinets..
