This location literally never has bags. I know it seems like a small issue but it really shouldn't be hard to have an abundance of plastic bags laying around for customers. Instead they try to sell you on a 1$ reusable bag. Just weird. Stock is also not rotated enough for dairy products. Almost every time I've bought a 4L of milk from this location the expiration is the day I purchased it. I'm supposed to drink an entire 4L in a single day? Stock should be rotated out much quicker than it is.All around not a terrible location but small issues that amount to a lot of frustration.

It's an older 7-11 small building not overly clean due to having everything cramped in a small space. The verbally greet you as you walk into the store. As for the employees I honestly can only understand one employee who works there I try not order things behind there counter ejuice cigs and what ever else there is due to they don't understand English very well almost have to show them what your talking about even if you show them what your talking about they get this confused look at me like I'm making this up..never the less you can still get what's on the floor shelves pay n leave..

Brand new with a variety of ready to eat foods and soft drinks. The actual gracery type items are pretty limited. Given our new legal cannabis culture they might have a bright future.

It was my favourite store before. but recently I noticed something is wrong with management. Store looks a big mess. Who manages this place?? I think he or she needs more training. As it is near my house I often visits this place. I went there yesterday just for a hot coffee and never found it.

Literally one of the only sev's that doesn't have a public restroom... how do you be a 24/7 convince store, but have no public washrooms? Used to come here everyday after work to buy pop and other snacks, but no point now if there is no public washrooms. I'll just stop a little sooner before leaving the city at circle K, which does have public washrooms.And I might add, I usually get a corn dog or 2 whenever I'm in this location... but EVERY SINGLE TIME THE DOUGH IS RAW ON THE INSIDE. I'm really not going to drive back into the city for a raw corn dog, when it should be the expectation that they are cooked right. But never are in this location, as someone clearly has no knowledge on how to use a deep fryer.

Honestly most times it’s great but when we go in the mornings there is one guy working. Tall skinny. He’s not great for customer service. Twice we went in at 7 am to grab coffee and there’s been none made. Absolutely none so not like they ran out. Every pot empty. And it takes him forever to recognize there are customers. One example I went in and was ready to pay and he made eye contact with me and kept mopping until i said excuse me can I pay. There have been several of these episodes. On the flip side there is a lovely gentleman who works nights I’m not sure his name. Average height and build and he’s always friendly and we chat and it’s always a wonderful experience. He needs a raise.

I would advise not to buy prepaid gift cards from this location. I bought Amazon gift card , employee scanned it and received payment but never activated the card .When my friend tried using the card , it didn’t work . When I went back to talk to store manager , she said she needs terminal receipt which was never given to me. Ignored to look into system when I showed transactions.

store clerk was nice and great. The only downfall is she denied me service when I had my id on me for buying a lighter. She said I can't let you buy a lighter because she thinks I'm giving it to my gf who doesn't have a id when she tried purchasing one. I smoke too, you're not a lawyer or a cop okay ma'am. You can't just say no to a person who smokes and has id too. That's utterly bs of what you did tbh.

I would caution customers to get their receipts and review their purchases. Last night, upon leaving this location, I noticed on my receipt that the cashier scanned an extra item on my purchase, a Gatorade. I had to return to the store to get a refund for an item that I did not purchase. I get the vibe that this is common and maybe his way of getting a tip from the customers.Furthermore, I did not like getting followed around the store and getting watched like a hawk watching his prey.
