Do not recommend! I was so excited to get a fish from there. Went in and put a couple on hold, and bought a tank. Came back when they were “ready” and was told to come back to next day. Came back to next day and the two fish I had put on whole were dead. Not their fault, I know, but still upsetting. I got a fish from Exotic Aquatic instead and went home to put it in the tank I had got from total pet only to realize it had a leak in it! Took it back to return it and they wouldn’t because I had put water in the tank. Buying my first fish was supposed to be a fun and exciting new thing and instead has be an awful and disappointing experience all while wasting a bunch of gas money. My advice, if you want nice fish, go to Ken at exotic aquatic.Update: Both the snails I bought from here are now dead as well. One of them was dead when I bought it, and I just didn’t know until it didn’t move for 2 days. I’m very upset and disappointed in this store. I will never go back here for any reason.

Had my first visit to Total pet store , Rowan greeted me as soon as I entered the store, and proceeded to help me find what I wanted ,she had excellent customer service, very helpful, very friendly, recommended a product I also purchased. Thank you for a nice experience at your store. I highly recommen this store.

Horrible customer service, the manager is so rude and yelled at me and my family for asking for help.

This store has amazing staff the best customer service. Always greeted by name ! The manger of this store goes over and above for customer service and Special orders that always has me coming back !!

I went into total pet today and was given outstanding service. The employee was there all by herself trying to help three customers at once. She was amazing, easy to talk to, knew and was able to answer every question we asked. I wish I had her name as I want her to be commended for her help.05-27-2022

Excellent customer service. Genuine caring staff. Very helpful. We asked all sorts of questions about our new puppy. They were very informative on the products they sell. We received The 2021 New Pet Parent Guide" that will make sure we will be ready for our new fur baby when she arrives. Definitely recommend Total Pet."
