Soak Luxury Bath Products

In 2018, we flew from Vancouver to visit Soak as we couldn't find a steam shower locally that was modern, sleek, and stylish that fitted into our newly renovated bathroom. While we were there, we also fell in love with a hydro massage tub in the showroom and had them both shipped, which Soak was happy to accommodate. We love these two pieces, as do our house guests and visitors, and can't wait to buy more products.

I needed some parts to repair this 2011 unit from soak and Ed really treated me well he was kind, patient and informative as well as resourceful. Excellent customer service here.

Great service, top quality products and installers. Purchased a new hydrotherapy tub about 5 years ago and have had no issues other than needing a new remote, probably from it falling into the tub repeatedly. They knew what tub I had and found a new remote in just a few minutes.Friendly, knowledgable and courteous I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I had recently gone in to get some parts for my over 10 year old steam shower. The staff was helpful and gave me very good price on the parts that needed. I was looking around the showroom for a possible replacement and It just so happened a suitable shower was on sale (discounted $1000 of the original price). I decided to go with the a new steam shower and fix my old one in the meantime. They told me will keep the new shower in the warehouse until I was ready. Quality Products, Great location, good people, and exceptional after sale service.

I gave this business 5 stars because of their great service, the speediness on how they responded to solving warranty issues and questions I had. The steam shower I bought is the B618. It's a great product with an excellent steam generator that works very fast and is easy to maintain

Lights, music, multiple jets and steam! Turned our daughters tiny ensuite bathroom into a luxury spa escape for her.Our 70s bungalow, has been a tricky to renovate and we didn't want to put in a boring builder basic shower. We had been putting off redoing this bathroom, because we hadn't been able to find a suitable shower that would work without enlarging the room.We were thrilled to find this exceptionally spacious corner steam shower at SOAK. It fit so perfectly we couldn't believe it, like it was custom sized for this small space. Such a streamlined unit, it's made this bath so much bigger, brighter and more functional than it ever was before.One of the great things about his shower, is that it comes flat packed, which made transporting from the city a breeze, and only way we could have got a shower of this size in this bathroom. The boxes were loaded easily in the bed of our F350.It goes together seamlessly, and so solidly that you'd hardly believe it wasn't a one piece.With steam and electrical requirements, it was a bit tricky to install for intermediate do-it-yourselfers" (such
