Likes:Extremely clean, excellent service, all ingredients tasted fresh, not overly sleepy 30 minutes after eating.Dislikes:None from this experience.Had these: Deep fried shrimp wantons, Golden Egg Yolk Pumpkin Fritters, Ginger Scallion Beef Sizzling Hot Plate, Sweet and Sour Pork, Yeung chow Fried Rice, Wok Theory Signature vermicelli. All were at the very least good, the deep fried shrimp wantons, signature vermicelli, and Ginger scallion beef were excellent.I don’t eat around Spadina much these days, usually go to Markham or Scarborough. Going back for their dim sum. This place is now my go to place around downtown Chinatown.

Solid place ordered all the classics for dim sum. Food was great, portion sizes were great too. What shocked me was the Iced Lemon Tea was the best I've had outside of Asia.

So refreshing to have a CLEAN and modern Chinese restaurant in downtown! Food was comparable to the Cantonese restaurants to the north of the city. Comfortable and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here since 2010 before they re-branded and renovated the space. The food is soooo goood. It’s clean, fresh, and prepared authentically. I was still able to get my three favourite items from back in the day. The quality of their food has only gotten better. Get their honey glazed spare ribs!!! I repeat! Get them !!!

I have eaten this dish all over the world and if you were to tell me this was a from Michelin Star restaurant, I wouldn't question it. It was seasoned perfect cooked to perfection, it's not too oily not too salty not too mushy the eggolant still has a bite to it. We are both chefs and this is a dish we ate growing up and have eaten it throughout the world, after the first bite, we starred at each other with the look, then we decide to order rice , so we can eat the sauce (we almost never order rice, but it was so good !)~XO Seafood Fried Rice Noodle #海皇XO醬炒河This was equally delicious and tasty it has great #wokhei #鑊氣was also great , done to perfection ,~Half Golden Skin crispy chicken #金牌脆皮燒雞 半隻It was tasty seasoned perfectly, this is a very tasty chicken again done right.this is Cantonese cuisine at its best!We also ordered xia long bao Pork Soup Dumpling, ( this isn't the place to order this dish as this is a Cantonese cuisine and Xlb is a northern chinese cusines dish) I am however curious about their dim sum now that I know their main dish are one of the best I have ever had and not just in Toronto/GTA but all over the worldSo about tonight , Chef Betty and I decide to try out wok theory which had only opened for 2 weeks , because we couldn't figure out where to eat at it's close to 10pm between the both of us , we have probably eaten at every place Chinatown has to offered and we are both chefs , Chinese ethnic, we were impressed and glad we did came tonight .The place is elegant and done beautifully, you don't get to see places like this in downtown, you see these type of interior more in Markham or GTA , Richmond Hill etc ..Highly Recommended, the pricing is fair and won't break the bank. actually this type of quality usually only found in high end restaurants or even hotels restaurant in Asia.As a chef myself I highly recommend this place to anyone including other chefs !

Went for dinner with family on a Monday night.  The place was super modern, clean and very spacious. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us some good suggestions on what to order.  Food was favourful and delicious 5*. Even my first generstion parents were extremely impressed. We haven't has such good Chinese food in downtown toronto for a long time. So glad this place opened up. Definitely our go to staple for chinese cuisine from now on. Their house specialty drink, Galaxy Lemonade is a must try. We will definitely be back to try their dim sum.

Came here for Father’s Day and we got the group dinner special for 8. All of the dishes were great and well cooked. Interior is clean and the washrooms were clean as well. Friendly service. There’s a 10% discount when paying by cash. Would come here again!

The food was absolutely amazing. The place was also clean and everyone was very friendly!

Had a wonderful family dinner there. The food was really fresh and delicious! They also have fun drinks and non alcohol drinks. My daughter got a special non alcoholic lemonade that was purple pink and so good. The service great and the staff is friendly. The space design is beautiful modern, clean and bright. Definitely plan to go back and highly recommended for a family dinner out.
