We are very happy with our basement renovation by RenoDreams. We found all of the staff to be very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They listened to all of our “wish list” for our basement and offered very good advice which added to the quality of the finished project. I used Reno Dreams for a bunch of miscellaneous home reno items we needed done. We had repairs done to the exterior and interior of our home including residing the exterior and changing our stairs from carpet to hard flooring. We used RenoDreams for our basement renovation. We had a great experience! All the workers were very professional and helpful. The process was smooth and very well planned. We needed a railing installed outside on the back steps of our house. We also needed 3 light fixtures replaced as well as the toilet tank mechanism. The fellow who came was thorough and careful doing the work, and was able to do all of these various tasks. He was polite and on time.

Very competent approach to home repairs (handyman jobs), and that is almost impossible to find. They responded quickly, politely, and with amazing competence. Their workers are +++reliable. They told us up front what they would do and what they would charge extra for; what the charges would be, etc.

This was the first reno that we have done in our home and it was of 2 bathrooms. We found the communication with Renodreams to be very good and kept us up to date with the process as it went. The 2 fellows doing the work were very professional and the quality was very high. At the end of their work day they left area cleaned . They were very respectful of our home. The work was done efficiently and in the time frame stated and was beautiful at the end of it all! At the end we were confident that if any issues were to arise that they would be quickly dealt with as their guarantee stated. I would highly recommend Renodreams.ca!

Total bathroom remodel done. Tub out glass shower installed. Beautiful tile floor to ceiling, new vanity and toilet. Plumbing to allow upstairs stackable laundry. safety bars and bench installed. Smooth process start to finish. All permits obtained by company as well as setting up inspector visits. All tradesmen worked great together, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Communication between company and myself prompt, keeping me updated. Re very helpful to assist with any issues and made often to observe progress. I'm very happy with my finished bathroom and upstairs laundry. Looking forward to upgrading kitchen. Rating stars need to be higher as deserve a 10. Reno dreams did it right.
