The staff must understand that people come from very far places to provide support by accompanying patients and they ask you to wait outside in the car while the whole clinic is empty as you can see in the pictures clicked by me. Not sure if this is being racist or just trying to be rude early in the morning to ruin everybody’s day. Please try to be human and considerate.Staff responds saying people might think why this guy is here: i will certainly understand if there are people in the clinic and respect it but when nobody’s in the clinic , doesn’t make sense.I request staff to be mindful that you wouldn’t want to yell at people , first thing in the morning.For staff at reception:If you can check cameras in past, this is not the first time i am coming, when there were people inside, i did wait outside ( i had my blood work to do as well- 2 weeks ago), to help women have their seat. I’m saying this since you remember me coming to this clinic last time.

Overall the clinic performs okay providing a good level support. However, the two doctors are innaccesible and when they are available to talk they are rushed. Expect all your contact to be through nurses. Over 5 months we were only able to get one 10 minute phone call with one of the doctors. The Doctors should be more accessible to provide details we need to make important timely decisions.

This clinic seems incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. They booked me a phone consult with a doctor who completely missed my appointment. Once I got a hold of one, she told me that someone would contact with within 2 days for my pharmacy information. Why couldn't she just take the fax number? No one called me back. I left messages and someone finally called back 2 days later. She told me she would fax the prescription the same day and call me to confirm it has been sent. 2 days have passed and still nothing..I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They are not thorough and have terrible service.Go to a clinic that actually cares and can support you.

I started going to fertility clinics in 2015 and I always ended up getting 1-2 follicles with IVF. The other doctors at the other clinic was telling me I need to do donor egg. Then after 7 years I came to this clinic and I’m achieving 5 mature follicles with changed medication customized just for me and I’m so excited. I will definitely come back and I will recommend anyone with a low AMH to come to this clinic.

It was nightmare I don’t wish on my enemy. The experience with online consultation was good. The receptionist was accommodating and responsive. What didn’t work was the medicine. The doctor prescribed me a medication for pcos where I was having irregular periods, without checking and asking any history related to migraine. Taking oral contraceptive triggered my migraines and I had to rush to ER twice in 3 days. The pain was excruciating and unbearable. When I called them back to tell them about symptoms she gave me wrong information as the doctor in ER told a different story after diagnosis. Please be very very cautious when talking to the doctors, they might not treat you well and instead of healing you can end up in ER just like me. Please ask them a lot of questions and I know they don’t have time to answer patients as well.

The staff is nice for especially nurses. Unfortunately it is hard to get through the phone call. No one is answering so it is hit or miss. And they do not call back if you leave the voicemail. So for the reception who has to answer the phone or at least call back as soon as they are available the star is 2/5

My experience at Charms is really good, staff is so friendly doctor is really good and professional Nafisa who does my Sono is very sweet and nice. Hope I will get what I came for..!

You all are very friendly and kind and very understanding. The nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable, they are the go to people for answers and results from blood work/ultrasound/phone calls etc…The entire office works as a big team and are really great.Again thank you to the whole team, including the lab workers and everyone, who made this journey possible for us.Anthony&Rachel

I’m writing this review solely to help others who are struggling to get pregnant like I am. I wish I knew this info when I started on my journey with Charm.Some things to know:1) If you think you may need ivf, this is not the clinic for you as they don’t do it in-house and their wait list for a government covered procedure is longer than other clinics like Create and Trio. They apparently use Create if they are doing IVF. This clinic is best for cycle monitoring and IUIs.2) You will rarely ever see the Dr. Almost every apt where you do talk about things will be with nurses. I’m told by friends that Create has the dr speak with you often, but their wait times are very long in the office.3) It can be hard to get good information from the nurses. They try to be helpful, but some are not good with providing answers and at times, I felt that they were not compassionate. I was frustrated after speaking to them several times. It felt like they just wanted me to not ask questions to understand and leave so they could get on with their day.4) It’s a bit of an assembly line, you are in and out pretty quickly compared to many other clinics. The receptionists, ultrasound technicians and blood people are all nice and generally helpful.5) The clinic is closed on weekends which can be challenging if your period happens on a day where it would be best to be seen on a weekend for accuracy. Other clinics are open on weekends.6) The building is hard to find at first so plan time for the first apt, but you get used to it. Parking is right outside.7) The staff both reception and nurses respond to emails the same or next day usually.Hope this helps! Good luck to you on your pregnancy journey. I hope it happens for you.

I had a very good experience at charm fertility. The nurses are so kind and sweet, their responses over phone is very spontaneous. They cleared all my concerns and queries. The front desk ppl are so very kind and friendly in nature. They always welcome us with broad smile . On the whole I had a very amazing experience.
