I went in to get a new phone with the Bring It Back program and had extended troubles due to Apple and no fault at all to Telus. Steve Cross was the sales representative who helped me and he spent hours upon hours helping me, on the phone with support and finding me the best solution possible. I can’t sing enough praises for Steve!

People working here have no power or agency to make changes or corrections to customer account.. every visit is met with half an hour of waiting while the employees here have to call external agents to get anything done . Telus is just like any other Canadian telco. A giant incompetent nightmare to deal with.My device is paid off. You can bet that the second im offered a better deal anywhere else I will abandon this carrier at the drop of a hat.

Don't make payments here, it is always a hassle because they do not forward your payment to telus. Beware. 2 telus reps told me not to make payments here. Telus doesn't seem to care who they deal with either apparently so a one star to telus as well.
