Uncle Sal's Shawarma
The moment you enter, the owner greets you warmly. The food is good too.I recommend ordering the Al Basha special, it is delicious. It comes with chicken, rice, pita, salad, and hummus. This dish can be made spicy for those who prefer.They are also environmentally friendly, they don't use styrofoam for their takeout orders.

Delicious food and great service! I have a gluten allergy and the staff was able to point out exactly what menu items I could have and what I would need to substitute if I wanted something different. I ended up getting the lamb and chicken shawarma plate and it was so good.

OMG!!! This place is amazing! Literally just picked up from Sal’s for the first time and took a few bites…hands down the BEST shawarma place in Richmond!! Super fresh and you can taste the difference. Family owned and local. Cant go wrong. Definitely coming back and telling everyone I know about Sal’s. Shout out to Adam for awesome service. Everyone should eat here!!

This place has one of the best wraps and platters we've ever had. Plus everyone who works there are amazing and kind.The size and quality of the food is a straight 10/10, always a good place to get a quick bite or somewhere to get you full.

I love this place. Every time I go, I get exceptional customer service. Today I went in and was very indecisive about my order but eventually chose the grilled chicken plate option. However, I changed my mind and wanted to order the lamb shawarma as soon as they starting making it — which made it hard for them to change the order. Fast forward to me sitting down eating it, Adam (the worker who served me) brought me a side of lamb because he knew I wanted it; I almost fell to my knees it was so sweet! Love love this place, and not to mention how insanely good the food is!! Would definitely recommend for everyone to try it!!

Decent place to have a bite.I fancied a chicken shawarma and a chicken plate.Was decent in taste, ofcourse could do a little more appetising with the sauces.The cashier/server/attendants or owner, were all soft spoken and nice.Would definitely fancy more delicacies here soon.

Really enjoy the food here and portion size is good for the price. Took off a star as they tend to round up their prices when you pay so you end up paying more than the actual which doesn’t seem quite honest for business.

Delicious fries with garlic sauce! I find that garlic sauce is a rare find here where the sauce is smooth and creamy. I really enjoy it and recommend it as a side with your wrap or platter. The platter was also delicious. It had more rice than the meat, but I was okay with it since the rice was flavourful. The meat (chicken and lamb) was moist and the spice in it was just right. I recommend this place if your near by.

Amazing, courteously friendly staff. The food is worth the drive if you're outside of Richmond as I am. Was recommended by my uncle and tried it. Loved it so my mother and I came out to have it for lunch today. Definitely will be back.
