There's almost never a receptionist to answer the phone - they had told me to call them but it took a week before I could get a hold of them, so left a message, then they proceeded to call me back while I was teaching only to say that they'll call in another week... The initial exam wasn't thorough and too expensive for a vet who is part of the Univet coop. Also they (Jessica Baranello) had set up a meeting date and never called back to confirm, I was very lucky to have someone finally answering the phone on one of my following attempts then requested they send me my pup's exam's results since at this point I was looking for a better/normal vet, something I get right away or the following day with all the other vets, but they had problems even locating the file in their system, when they finally did, (btw the easiest name in the world was spelt wrong lol)...they said they would send it promptly... well it's been yet another week and I'm still waiting, I doubt they'll ever send it at this point. Lies after lies, bad service,... Worst vets/service I have ever seen. I would give them a minus 10 if there was such an option.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr Morin since the first day he opened his clinic on Charland. Changed veterinarians (3 different ones) after I moved away but never found the same experience. Returned to see him even if it means a longer drive. Very knowledgeable, very honest, amazing with pets. Will not try to sell you anything you don't need, or recommend tests that are not necessary. I would not entrust my dog to anyone but Dr Morin.

They did not have a veterinarian on Location!!!Weird right???? Anyway,, the receptionist was kind enough to refer us to another Veterinarian. Granted,,, we opted on another location that was even closer to our house,,, very convenient! Peace out and Pay it Forward everybody!

They never answer the phone and never call back when you leave a message. Are they even open??

I did a lot of research before going to Dr. Morin with my golden retriever puppy. This vet loves animals, you can just tell by his interaction with them. The previous reviews are spot on. He listens, explains things well and is gentle and mind with my puppy.The best is he is also just around the corner from my home :-)

Dr. Morin had been my vet for the last 17 years. Really great place. Takes good care of your babies.

I bring my Samoyed dog and my Domestic cat here, and all the vegetarians are so nice and attentive. They take their time with your babies and they do not rush their check-ups. They do very good job in taking your concerns seriously. I will continue bringing my babies here (unless one day, I move far away).

Dr. Morin is taking care of my dog since day one and after 11yrs of good health care, I am very satisfied with his honest expertise. Had to get few diagnostic and referral for operations of my dog and always got the right diagnostic and perfect referral with reasonable cost! We need more professional like dr. Morin.
