Delicious soup！I ordered sukiyaki and mushroom soup, my friend ordered spicy and miso. They have good beef here, and I love their rice noodles, but then they sold out. The waitress made us a cup of peach oolong which tasted so good! Their service is good, This is our first time here, she gave a very detailed introduction and recommended the broth. A bit pricey but worth it!

Very nice servers, food was a bit different than we're used to, the spicy is a little too spicy, the price for the Wagyu was not worth it, this place was worth a try only once but probably not going back

Good food. But was charged $18 for these. In the menu it says $6 for leftover beef meat and $4 of any others for every 100g. Veggies and meat is not even 100g. 4pcs shrimp, 3 slices of meat. Just disappointed of how they charged without weighing them. I wanted to take them home so I can eat it for snack but was surprised about the price. Lol

We came here for lunch today and it was wonderful! Definitely try the cold teas that they serve.There is a wide selection of broths, sliced meats and fish, vegetables, and dim sum. I am a picky eater and I found lots to enjoy.The staff are very friendly and will explain how to do everything.It is not an inexpensive lunch ($39.99 per person) but it's well worth it!

Don’t recommend this place. Taste bad and food is garbage. I used to have hotpot here before, but their service and food are getting worse and worse in recent two years. They used to have free cans of soft drinks and refillable ice cream. However, they only offer awful drinks which is made of plenty of water, and cheap bad-taste pudding. Their service is also the worst in Waterloo. Manager was arguing about their food and tried to persuade us. We are customers but we have to make their boss happy. Very bad experience and this is my last time here.

Don’t go here if you want to be satisfied. Came here with some friends. Got two rounds of orders in. After the second order we sent in our third order. 10 minutes, nothing. Tell the staff that we ordered a lot of meat. She comes in with two plates which isn’t close to what we ordered. Put in another order. Wait 10minutes. Another staff member walks by and quietly steals our pen without saying anything. I grab another pen from behind me, put in another order, give it to the staff member, nothing. Terrible experience. It is not worth it, especially for $45. Left hungry.

Second time here and customer service did not get better. First time, it was not so bad as we were the only party there and some employees were helpful. However, one employee there gave the worse service both time. Once we walked in, she told us last call was in 90 minutes and did not seem like she wanted to serve us. We went to sit down and she threw the menus at us and was very unclear with what was on the menu. She never once told us what was missing from the menu and we had to ask multiple times if our food was coming. Please re-consider hiring the staffs because this type of customer service is unacceptable. They were lucky to receive even 10% tip. Others wouldn’t have been so considerate. Never will come back.
