Would give 0 stars if we could. Receptionist is incredibly rude and disrespectful, one word responses, inexperienced, and declined and refused to give any information when I asked about the cost of their services, simply said “that is not how it works here” and would not allow me to speak to anyone in the clinic. Would not recommend anyone to go here, good impression is a great deal and this receptionist has unfortunately soiled that for this clinic.

Doctor Debbie and the staff are great but I've called serval times over the last year and each time have been told they are fully booked". I think they need a better system for scheduling.. I am forced to find another vet

Looks like a nice place and receptionist was nice but they make you feel akward when they tell you they are not accepting new patients. Please post this information on your website so that it saves people time.

Dr Deb is the absolute best! She always gives great advice and explanations, and I love how she outlines different treatment options available and doesn’t pressure one way or the other. I have moved to York region, but will always make the drive to Brelmar for my pets.I recommended them to a family member whose cat had urinary tract problems. Other vets wanted to do expensive surgeries and one even diagnosed depression and suggested anti-depressants!! One overnight stay at Brelmar and some lifestyle changes for a fraction of the cost of that surgery, and the cat is good as new.

We have 3 cats and two dogs so we have used many different vets over the years. When we moved to Sunderland Dr. Deb and her team were recommended to us. All of their staff are extremely friendly and professional. They take the time to understand what is happening with your pet and then explain in great detail what your options are to treat them. Did I mention that they are also reasonably priced? Whenever someone asks me for a vet recommendation, Brelmar is at the top.

Wish we didn't have to go to the vet this time but I am impressed with the care, attentiveness and genuine manner in which we were able to say goodbye to our beloved family cat Triggs. It was just the right amount of time so we could process what was happening but not so much time that it got overwhelming. Highly professional and empathetic all at the same time. Thank you for the card. We truly appreciate you all.
