Our company has been using Hansen Software for a few years already and we couldn't be happier. Their Cash+ software provides us all the analytic information we require and their tech support team is always ready to help us in a timely manner.

We have been using Cash+ for several years now, and have been very happy with the software. The functionality is easy to use and reliable. We have had a few instances where we have needed tech support, and that is where Hansen really stands out. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. We recently purchased Hansen Software's Cash+ Call Reporting software. Through out the entire process, I could not have had better service and support. From Sales to installation and training the whole team went way beyond what was necessary to make sure we were happy and that there were no problems. I have been using Hansen Software for 5 plus years. I use the software to keep track of daily employee calls. It allows me to track how many calls are coming in, going out, what numbers are being dialed and how long the phone calls are. I have the ability to listen in on calls and it is useful in training new employees. This is an important aspect of our business and a great management tool. Hansen's customer service is outstanding! I started working with Cash+ about 2 years ago and it works great with our Samsung OfficeServ systems. Customers love the reporting features!Their customer training on the software is great as well! This leaves the customer and I very happy with the product. I also want to point out that anytime I have an issue, Hansen's technical support is great to work with and respond in a timely fashion!
