I was genuanly impressed by Armin's and Leo's positive attitude, politness, professionalism and willinness to help. They transported my husbund from HR hospital to Sunnybrook and did it seemesly .I am very thankfull to Armin and Leo

My mother was admitted to the hospital and has mobility issues. For her discharge, the hospital arranged Top Medical Transportation for us to help get her home. I looked up google reviews and honestly I was terrified with what I read. My mom is suffering from pain issues and we have to be very gentle with her body.We were assigned their 2 staffs Juan and Draven, they were very kind and courteous. They were gentle with my mom and made sure she is comfortable. At home, her bedroom is upstairs, and they safely and carefully moved her up the stairs using a stairs chair, and then moving her onto her bed. My mom did not show discomfort throughout this process.Based on the other reviews, I think the company experience really depends on the ambulance staff. I had a great experience thanks to Juan and Draven. Thank you so much for your service!

Pleasantly pleased at the 2 trips we needed this service to transport my Mom home from the hospital and then to take her to rehab. The paramedic/ambulance attendants were kind and friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

My 83 year old mother lives in a long term facility. This past Monday she tested positive for COVID and needed to be rushed to the hospital for care as she was unresponsive. Top Medical was called by the hospital to take her back home (5 minutes away) as she was completely immobile. She had to pay in advance over $200 and when they showed up and discovered she had COVID - they immediately increased the charge to over $350 (incl HST) for that 5 minute drive. That is disgusting - the company should be ashamed of themselves.

On Feb. 28, 2023 I was driving and one of their vehicles cut me off twice. The driver kept leaning on his horn, and continued to drive erratically and carelessly. After existing onto a highway he cut me off again. So far I haven't received a response from the company.As a paralegal, I defend people charged with Highway Traffic Act offences, and I know what a careless driving charge entail. I would find it difficult to defend that driver.I hope that a patient wasn't in the vehicle at that time. Based on this experience, a patient being transported in one of their vehicles may be putting his life in their hands.

If you know you'll be exceedingly late, you should notify the customer so we can make alternate arrangements. So much time wasted by customers during wait. A two-hour delay is unacceptable...wonder if the trucks have winter tires!?!?

Had the pleasure of riding with Armin and Leo today as I escorted my Mom for treatment to Sunnybrook and back. Both were kind, empathetic and caring. I only wish all were like them. Thank you both so much, and hope to have you again.

Worst experience ever! I was screamed at, be rated and threatened with cancellation by one of the two people who came! WHY? BECAUSE I ASKED HIM NOT TO SCREAM AT ME OR TALK IN THE HARSH TONE HE WAS USING! Not only was I screamed at BUT ALSO the nurse in the room was berated as well WHEN SHE TOLD HIM Not TO THROW MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS ONTO THE WINDOW LEDGE BECAUSE SOMETHING MIGHT BE BROKEN! We paid a large fee for this service! There is no excuse for the behaviour that was exhibited, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My mom had to be transported to Sunnybrook Hospital for radiation and a scan. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohamad and Reza. They were both kind and courteous , reassuring usthat everything was taken care of and my mom was properly registered. They even waited till bothprocedures were completed and stayed with me during the duration. Most drivers would have leftquickly leaving me to arrange our transportation back to North York General. However, they wereso kind and patient , making this experience as pleasant as possible. They even offered to buyme some food and drink while I was waiting.I cannot say enough wonderful things about these incredible gentleman. They both went aboveand beyond the call of duty during this difficult time. I highly recommend this company! Thanksagain Mohamad and Reza!!

My mom was transported from Humber River Hospital to the Humber River Hospital Reactivation Care Centre on Finch Ave today by the nicest guys, Sansao and Leo. They were kind and tried their best to make her feel comfortable, cause it was a bit scary for her to be moved to a new setting. They were there until she was in her new roomThank you guys, for showing compassion towards an elderly in a scary situation.
