Got taxes done here that's my once a year visit.

They will help you out with resumes and job searchs, they will assist with finding a college program, however they have a dedicated receptionist that sits right next to the phone all day, but REFUSES to answer the phone, if you want their services you MUST go in person because they NEVER answer their phone

They are family friendly and they have different program to help people what they need. Working C staff are very politely. Bus stop is close. But isn't parking. Washroom cleaned. Working Center is downtown take #7 bus.

Very cooperative... They helped me to file my taxes as I am a student. You guys are doing a very great job!Thank you Brenda and Elizabeth for all your help!

Last time I did my taxes there my osap was cancelled when required causing me to owe govt unnecessarily and unaffordably. Govt pretended not to have T4 after sending it numerous times that was in question as well. Now am possibly unemployed after poor communication from workers there who pretended to advocate for me working 2 part time jobs and qualified as employment counsellor and musician some took the opportunity to start a conflict and blame it on me because I had anxiety of why certain people were working there without the qualifications and weren’t assisting with me in a successful way when I had them. Have been employed since age 15. Supposed to be communicative and help you get a job and work out issues and instead they contributed to financial hardship and further inequality seemingly on purpose there was no ask for discussion to my questioning and it seemed like a dare to mind abuse me this job developer hasn’t resolved. Bad

A great place of social assistance in the city.

Hard to reach anyone by phone. Left many messages about 2nd Career Program & Assistance in getting my taxes done. No return call ever received. So finally i gave up, did my taxes alone and contacted a different source for The 2nd Career Program. So All in All 1 out of 5. If i could go lower i would.
