As a whole, I like this restaurant. I like the fried chicken and wings for sure as their sauces are great. While trying to eat more healthy as of late, I tried the NY Strip and it was quite over cooked. This latest time, I tried the salmon blackened and really enjoyed it! I’d definitely recommend this dish and will come back to have it again.

To put it simply, it was “fine”. There was nothing exceptional about the experience at all tonight when my family and I came in for dinner to celebrate Father’s Day. Our waitress, while friendly, basically forgot we existed and was way more attentive to other tables than ours which sucked cause we were all super thirsty by the end of the meal as we weren’t offered refills and it took a while just to get my FIL a second drink. The food was okay but I wasn’t a fan of how watery the sauce on my Alfredo was. That and my sticky toffee pudding, which is one of my favorite desserts, came out more like chunky soup which was kinda nasty, especially given that dairy that is left to sit and melt is actually not great for you. We also weren’t given any cutlery to eat our desserts with - my SIL had to go grab some because none was ever brought. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again unless invited.

Good! Turtle Jacks is one of my favourite restaurant chains and this location does not disappoint. Great atmosphere with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The food is consistent and solid every single time. I’d recommend the four cheese pasta, it’s always a hit! Great for groups of all sizes. I’ve never had any issues here and definitely will keep coming back!

I’m so happy that the dining room is open again on Mondays! We often have lunch out on Monday and I never want to sit in the bar. I have physical limitations that prevent me from getting on a high top and Erica always makes sure that I have the booth in the dining room that fits my needs.The food is always outstanding, but what brings me back time and time again is Erica! She is a wonderful hostess, and a lovely woman. I love when she also gets to serve me. She is friendly and kind. She always makes me feel like family and I love seeing her smiling face.What an asset she is to your business!!!

The location and table placement at the restaurant were great. Service was quick and efficient. Food was tasty although the Blackened Basa was a bit on the salty side and may not be good for some. The Muskoka Burger was delicious although I would recommend adding the sunny-side-up egg that may make this Burger even more tasty. Our server Nicky was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. She recommended the Lake Rosseau Butter Tart which was delicious! Overall highly recommend!

I made a reservation for January 28th for 14 people at 7:30pm and once we got there, they told us that there was reservation under my name. SMHI called and spoke to a gentleman and he said yes they can accommodate our large group ( he even checked with someone ).But they did made a table for us.The service and food on the other hand was not so great ( usually it is ).I was disappointed to say the least.It was long to get our drinks and the food was cold and warm once we got it!!

We ordered Turtle Jack's Wednesday night to celebrate Mother's Day with my 88 yr old mom. All 3 burgers were burned and I mean black on them. They were hard to swallow because of this. The cheese dip and deep fried pickles were good as were my daughter's ribs. We will not go back to that location again. 3 inedible burgers very disappointed.

Definitely one of my favorite restaraunts in Burlington. The atmosphere is quite unique, giving the feel of a dark but comfortable cabin, a good representation of the Muskoka" theme they are going for. As well

My family of 5 have been enjoying Turtle Jacks for awhile in Burlington. If it wasn't for the way the manager Bethany managed our concerns today we would NEVER be back. Ordered for Father's Day... it was incredibly late for pick up, mistakes in the order when I got home and some of the food was cold. The owner on duty did not manage the concern satisfactorily. Bethany listened and truly cared. I will return because of her customer service ! A disappointing Father's Day was redeemed by her professionalism and care the next day!

My waitress Meghan P was awesome. Had a great dinner with my wife. Place was busy, Saturday night! Quick drink at the bar and then into a booth. Appetizers came fast and food not long after. French opinion burger was top notch and coconut curry bowl was really good. Highly recommended.
