A great store with happy, friendly staff. This has become our go-to store for buying our cat food and treats for our two darling kitties. It can sometimes get a bit busy inside with the queues at the checkout, but it is well worth the visit for the savings you can make and the excellent service. My wife and I have taken advantage of the VIP customer loyalty card and it has made a real difference when it comes to saving money.

Click and Collect service in the car park is a literal waste of time. Sat there for 20 minutes after scanning the QR code and entering details. Could have built the item out of raw materials in less time.

Not massively stocked up for cocktails because of lockdown etc. But got the basics, and staff advise its best to go online for bigger range.

Staff really helpful, informative and caring. 4*Problem is that not all the dog foods they advertise on-line are kept in the store.They need to be ordered then collected. Unfortunately, many of the click and collect foods can only be purchased in 2kg bags. Making the food very expensive. Hence only 4*

had the most helpful young lad help me with buying for my first cat today! was so kind and attentive to us and even helped with joining the app etc. couldn't of asked for a nicer worker! think his name was dale (unsure)

Great stuff for dogs. I was never before in a pet store that had also pet grooming and a vet. This is amazing! Love that.Yet, I cannot give 5 points as the cages for gerbils and hamster and so on, where way to tiny! It is absolutely unacceptable to let them live in those cages. It is everything but Species-appropriate animal husbandry. Please do something for the rodent animals in your store.

Customer service is absolutely shocking, staff speaking down to customers is not on. I will not be back in the store after what I seen with a customer yesterday witness a customer being called a “horrible person”. I personally know the customer also and the lady has sound customer service experience. Shocking display from staff.

Staff great but why advertise a service that is not available? I went to get my dog weighed only to be told its out of order and they're not paying £5K to fix it .. Remove it from your website then ..
